The environment of Pine Mountain RV Park appears to be a key highlight for many visitors. Situated on Pine Mountain Road, the park likely benefits from the natural beauty of the surrounding area. One reviewer specifically mentioned a site located by a creek (#58), emphasizing the "babbling sound of the water" as a particularly enjoyable aspect of their stay. This suggests that some sites within the park offer a serene and picturesque setting, allowing guests to connect with nature during their visit. The overall cleanliness of the campground was also noted positively by this reviewer, indicating an effort to maintain a pleasant environment for guests.
Based on the limited review information, the services and features of Pine Mountain RV Park seem to have provided a positive experience for at least one guest. The availability of "nice washers and dryers" suggests that the park offers essential laundry facilities for the convenience of its visitors, particularly those on longer trips. The mention of "friendly staff" also points towards a welcoming and helpful service culture, which can significantly enhance the overall guest experience. However, it is crucial to acknowledge a contrasting review that reported "poor service, poor customer service, and rude" staff. This particular review detailed an unresolved issue with a 50-amp electrical hookup at one of their three sites, alleging a lack of timely maintenance and an unwillingness to address the problem without an additional fee. This feedback highlights the importance of verifying the current service standards and responsiveness of the park management when making a booking.
Features that typically attract RV travelers to parks like Pine Mountain include the availability of full hookups (water, sewer, and electricity), well-maintained grounds, and proximity to local attractions. You may also find information on their website or through online booking platforms if they are listed there.
Considering the mixed reviews, potential guests might want to inquire specifically about the park's policies regarding maintenance issues, especially concerning essential utilities like electrical hookups. It would also be beneficial to ask about their customer service protocols and how they handle guest concerns. While one reviewer had a positive experience with the staff, the other's account raises concerns that should be addressed directly with the park management before booking a stay.
For users browsing "RV Parks Near Me," Pine Mountain RV Park presents a location that offers proximity to the attractions of Pigeon Forge and potentially scenic creek-side sites. The availability of laundry facilities is a noted convenience. However, the reported negative experience regarding service and maintenance should prompt potential guests to seek further clarification and recent feedback before making a reservation. It is always wise to consider a range of reviews and directly communicate with the RV park to ensure it meets your specific needs and expectations.
In conclusion, Pine Mountain RV Park in Pigeon Forge, TN, offers a potentially attractive option for RV travelers seeking a base to explore the Smoky Mountains region. Its location near local attractions and the possibility of creek-side sites are appealing features. However, the contrasting review regarding customer service and maintenance responsiveness suggests that prospective guests should conduct further research and direct inquiries to the park to ensure a satisfactory stay. As with any choice within the "RV Parks Near Me" category, thorough investigation and clear communication are key to finding the best fit for your travel needs.

Pine Mountain RV Park Reviews
Poor service , poor customer service and rude. We are staying and having 3 sites (16,17,18) for Thursday 28,2024- Sunday Dec 1, 2024. We noticed on site 18 that we were not pulling 50 amps while we were cooking dinner. I went to the office (5:30 pm ish) and the front desk person said she knew nothing. She called their maintenance person(Joe)and he stated his wife was shopping and he could not come and replace the breaker and that his wife is shopping and if he made her leave her shopping cart he would have to charge us an extra $150.00 fee for fixing their breaker. I explained to him that I am not paying an extra fee to replace their broken equipment. The front desk said that Dewayne owned the property and she called him and he said he did not want to mess with it and that we could leave. I explained to the lady that it is now 6pm during peak busy season. I proceed to tell her that we would not be able to find a spot and that I have never stayed in a campground with such service. I am leaving this review to advise if you have a problem, do not expect resolutions. We ran our generator to have power and I explained to the front desk that it would cost us to run it all night and she did not seem the least bit concerned and refused to refund the money. The property manager called me and stated she would reach out to Dewayne to get resolution and as of 9:31 pm we have not heard a word. Poor poor poor campground and I would NOT recommend this campground at all. We have stayed here for 4 years and never had a problem. We have had to run heat this time as it is freezing temps and calling for snow.
Dec 01, 2024 · kristy crosslinWe had the pleasure of staying 7 nights in this beautiful, extremely clean and convenient campground. Our spot was on the creek (#58) and the babbling sound of the water was amazing. Very impressed with the friendly staff and nice washers and dryers which we used once. Definitely would stay here again!!
Oct 31, 2024 · E DefreitasI had a great experience staying here at Pine mountain RV Park. The staff were all friendly and very helpful/informative. The hospitality was amazing. The park was clean and the site I had was beautiful. I will be back. I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.
Dec 30, 2024 · Brian PerryAmazing bath houses exceptionally clean and convenient to everything, Friendliest front desk staff and all concrete pads and pool
May 01, 2025 · Kathy KingQuite and clean. Not too big or crowded. The sites were laid out well, not cramped, trees in between sites for a bit of privacy.Great splash pool for the young kids, or walk across the street to the larger pools. I appreciated the 2 cabins - it allowed my brother to join us. We got a site next to the stream and could see the fireworks from Dollywood every night. Bathrooms and showers were clean. They pick your trash up every morning. We would stay here again.
