Park Rose RV Introduce
Park Rose RV is an RV park situated at 9945 NE Sandy Blvd UNIT 119, Portland, OR 97220, USA. For local users searching within the category of "RV parks near me," Park Rose RV presents a potential option in Northeast Portland. This introduction aims to provide a detailed overview of the park based on the available customer reviews, focusing on the management, application process, and the overall environment, which are key considerations for individuals seeking RV accommodations.
One customer review raises significant concerns regarding the park's application process and tenant selection. This reviewer alleges discriminatory practices, stating that they and a friend were denied despite being "good people," while they claim that individuals with criminal records and substance abuse issues are permitted to reside in the park. The reviewer also reports paying a $75 application fee that was allegedly not used for a credit check. Furthermore, they suggest that the park may not be accepting new residents at the time of their review due to a "special they have" but cautions potential applicants about the possibility of losing their application fee. These are serious allegations that prospective residents should be aware of and may want to investigate further.
In contrast, another reviewer offers a highly positive account of their experience at Park Rose RV. This long-term resident, who has been living in the park for nearly a year, praises the park manager, Harley. They recount a smooth move-in process facilitated by Harley, who they describe as "incredibly helpful." The reviewer, an older disabled man, expresses gratitude for Harley's ongoing support and communication, highlighting his efforts to improve the park and assist tenants. This positive review portrays Harley as a dedicated and valuable asset to Park Rose RV, suggesting a well-managed environment where tenant needs are addressed.
The stark contrast between these two reviews makes it challenging to form a definitive picture of the overall environment at Park Rose RV. The negative review suggests potential issues with fairness in tenant selection and financial practices related to application fees. It also implies a possibly unsafe or undesirable living environment if the allegations regarding other residents are accurate. On the other hand, the positive review paints a picture of a supportive community overseen by a caring and effective park manager.
In terms of services and features typically found in RV parks, the provided reviews do not offer specific details. Generally, RV parks provide essential utility hookups such as water, sewer, and electricity. Depending on the park, other amenities might include laundry facilities, restrooms, shower facilities, and communal areas. Prospective residents or visitors should contact the management at (503) 498-2477 or +1 503-498-2477 to inquire about the specific services and features available at Park Rose RV. This would include confirming the size and type of RV sites offered (e.g., pull-through, back-in), the amperage of electrical hookups, and the accessibility of water and sewer connections. Information regarding Wi-Fi availability and any communal spaces would also be relevant for potential RV guests.
Given the conflicting accounts regarding the park's environment and management practices, it is crucial for local users searching for "RV parks near me" to exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence if considering Park Rose RV. The allegation of unfair application practices and the presence of problematic residents are serious concerns that should be addressed with the park management. Conversely, the positive feedback regarding the park manager suggests a potentially well-run facility with supportive staff.
Regarding promotional information, the negative review mentions a "special they have" that might be affecting their current acceptance of new residents. However, no details about this special are provided. Individuals interested in potential short-term or long-term RV stays should contact the management directly to inquire about current availability, rates, and any special offers that may be in place. It would also be advisable to ask about the park's application process, including fees and criteria for approval, and to seek clarification on the park's policies regarding tenant behavior and safety.
The location of Park Rose RV in Northeast Portland offers proximity to various amenities and transportation options within the city. NE Sandy Blvd is a major thoroughfare, providing access to shopping, dining, and other services. For RV travelers, this location could be convenient for exploring Portland and its surrounding areas. However, potential residents should also consider the immediate neighborhood and its safety and desirability based on their own research and potentially a visit to the area.
In conclusion, Park Rose RV in Portland, OR, presents a mixed picture based on the available customer reviews. While one review raises serious concerns about application practices and the living environment, another offers high praise for the park manager and the overall experience. For local users searching for "RV parks near me," it is essential to approach Park Rose RV with caution, to contact the management at (503) 498-2477 or +1 503-498-2477 for detailed information and clarification on the issues raised in the reviews, and to potentially visit the park to form their own assessment of the environment and management. The contrasting feedback underscores the importance of thorough investigation before making a decision about residing at Park Rose RV.

Park Rose RV Reviews
So they rent to anyone but with good people like me and my guy friend get denied. When they took our 75 app fee but never ran our credit. Just cause I didn't mention where I lived. And pretty much I am homeless just didn't give them all my info the guy friend was the only person to get a check on cause he is the owner of his mobile home and paying the bills not me. But they let crackhead and druggie live there with criminal records. They aren't gonna let anyone live there right now with the special they have but will steal your 75 app fee so be careful. If your a crackhead or a felon no worries for ya they will approve ya.
Aug 10, 2024 · Mrs AlotI moved in going on a year ago, and my experience has been great ! From interviewing with Harley until now, Harley gave me the site and was incredibly helpful getting me in there. I am thankful this park has a man like Harley running things, he keeps the place going. I am an older disabled man, and Harley has helped me all along, and has kept me informed with what is going on. I could not ask for a better Park Manager, he is always working to improve Park Rose R V. He has always been an Asset to this Park, with All that he does to help tenants. Nov 27, 2023 · Gregory LamoreauxYou can really tell when a community is trying to improve! I like what the manager is doing for the place it is really coming along. I have only been here for a short time but I see myself staying for a while longer with no problems. Harley keep doing a great job!
Jan 03, 2024 · BridgetteMorgan MillerAwesome place to be at! Management is super friendly. It's nice to have someone who you can tell really cares about the park and it's residents. I've never had a manager invite his tenants over for the holidays. KEEP DOING GREAT!!
Nov 27, 2023 · Melinda Helton-championNear the airport, Parkrose RV Park located minutes from the Columbia River and Vancouver WA. The park is clean and quiet. Years ago it was real seedy. The ownership and management changed a few years ago and it is a completely changed park. The manager went out of his way to help with a leaky roof vent and is friendly and available.Feels nice here.
