Pine Valley Plantation Reviews
This 55 and older community is a very well maintained and active community. Their grounds are kept up very nice. I’ve enjoyed the lite fountain in the main pond. To name some of their activities there are horse shoe pits, fire pits, the community gardens. I’ve even witnessed a Veterans Day parade with antique cars and golf carts. I could name so many more activities they offer. This is a truly wonderful place to live.
Mar 17, 2024 · Frank CollinsI bring someone from there to the doctors occasionally. The residents I have found to be very friendly, 13 mph enforced, 🤗 as it should be, people walking around. Nice fountain in the pond, I'll have to get a picture! Very clean, quiet.
Jul 30, 2023 · Shawn an AshleyA very nice area to live, though everyone is not retired they schedule certain events during the day.
Jul 27, 2024 · Peggy LaraceMy sisters and I went to Pine Valley Plantation to visit our mother for the holidays. It was a nice, scenic drive to get to Belchertown. The main entrance looked inviting, grounds well kept and I especially enjoyed the pond and the tall Pine trees, relaxing and quiet.
Jan 01, 2021 · Terrilee PiepulI came here to help my aunt and uncle move into their new mobile home. This place is a mobile home park for people who are 50+ ages. This place has alot of mobile homes and a big pond with a nice swing near the pond. It also has place where you could pick up your mail. You have to either walk or take a car to get your mail. They also have very strict rules to follow here as well. This place is located in Belchertown mass. I don't really know much about this place but if you go there you could probably ask someone or I think you could call this place to find out more info.
