Red Barn Mobile Home Park Introduce
Red Barn Mobile Home Park is situated at Arborview Dr in Villa Ridge, Missouri, 63089, USA. While our platform is categorized under "RV parks near me," we recognize that local users may also be searching for information on mobile home communities within the area. It is important to provide an objective overview of Red Barn Mobile Home Park based on the publicly available information, which in this case primarily consists of customer reviews.
Based on the limited reviews available, the environment at Red Barn Mobile Home Park appears to be a significant area of concern. One former resident described it as the "worst place I have ever lived," citing severe issues such as reported fires, alleged theft by the manager, and a general recommendation to avoid the property entirely. This strongly suggests a potentially unsafe or poorly managed environment. Such feedback should be carefully considered by anyone contemplating residency at Red Barn Mobile Home Park.
Another, more detailed review focuses on a specific issue regarding a large population of feral cats within the community. This review paints a picture of uncontrolled animal breeding, resulting in a substantial number of starving and sick cats, including kittens dying in the area. The reviewer indicates that local animal welfare organizations and volunteers have been involved in trapping, neutering, and vaccinating the cats, highlighting the severity of the problem. The reviewer also expresses disappointment that the park ownership did not proactively engage with these organizations to establish a systematic approach to managing the feral cat situation.
Beyond the animal welfare concerns, the second review also touches upon the physical condition of the mobile home park. It notes a significant disparity in the upkeep of different areas within the community. While some spaces are described as "clean and groomed," other areas suffer from deteriorating infrastructure, specifically mentioning roads that are "literally falling apart" with large ruts that likely accumulate rainwater. This suggests a lack of consistent maintenance across the park, which could impact the quality of life for residents depending on their location within the community.
Furthermore, the issue of unkempt individual lots is raised in the second review. It is mentioned that some residents do not maintain their spaces, and this is apparently not enforced by the park management. This lack of consistent enforcement regarding lot maintenance can detract from the overall appearance and potentially the quality of life for residents who do take pride in maintaining their properties.
Given the serious nature of the issues raised in the available reviews, it is difficult to ascertain what services and features are currently reliably provided at Red Barn Mobile Home Park. Typically, mobile home parks offer basic utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity hookups for each lot. There may also be common area maintenance, including road upkeep (though this is specifically cited as a problem in one review), and possibly trash removal services. However, the negative feedback regarding management responsiveness and overall maintenance casts doubt on the consistent delivery of even these basic services.
Information regarding additional features that might typically be found in a mobile home park, such as laundry facilities, community centers, playgrounds, or pet policies (beyond the feral cat issue), is not available in the provided reviews. The focus of the feedback is primarily on negative aspects related to safety, management, infrastructure, and community upkeep.
The location of Red Barn Mobile Home Park on Arborview Dr in Villa Ridge, Missouri, may offer certain local amenities. Villa Ridge is a small community in Franklin County. Potential residents would need to research the proximity of the park to essential services such as grocery stores, healthcare facilities, schools, and transportation options within the Villa Ridge area. This information is not provided in the reviews themselves.
Currently, there is no information available regarding any promotional offers or incentives for Red Barn Mobile Home Park. Given the negative feedback concerning the park's condition and management, it is unlikely that any active promotions would be highlighted in the limited public information available. Prospective residents would need to directly contact any listed phone numbers to inquire about lot availability and any potential costs or incentives, while also keeping the negative reviews firmly in mind.
In conclusion, the available information regarding Red Barn Mobile Home Park in Villa Ridge, MO, paints a concerning picture. Both reviews highlight significant issues related to safety, management, maintenance, and community standards. The strong negative recommendation from a former resident, coupled with the detailed account of a severe feral cat problem and deteriorating infrastructure, suggests that prospective residents should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before considering this community. It is strongly recommended to contact the provided phone numbers for further information, to visit the property in person (if possible), and to seek additional perspectives from current or former residents beyond the limited information available online.

Red Barn Mobile Home Park Reviews
Worst place I have ever lived. Places burning down, people cookingeth, manager tries to steal from you. I finally got out and I recommend you stay far away. They don’t know how to fix anything either. Do not rent here!
Dec 03, 2024 · Debbie MorganI don't know about the residents there. Except for a few that I work with regarding the f. E r a l cat situation. Cats are running everywhere that don't belong to anyone that are just born there. Apparently, there is at least 1 person who keeps allowing them to breed in the house and then releases them when they get too big and it's a nuisance to everyone around them who can't afford to feed these animals. The cats are literally starving to death. Are sick and the kittens are dying in the field. Pacific TN R and Franklin County humane. Society are trying to work with a few of the local residents who need help with this problem. Owns park should have contacted us instead to try to get a system instead of letting it get out of hand. In some places, the park trailers are clean and groomed. But in other places, the roads are literally falling apart. And i'm sure they have torrential rain down the big ruts in the middle of the road. In other places, there are people who never clean their spaces and apparently it's not enforced either, which is a shame for all the other people that try to keep their lots neat and clean. We have already trapped over.30 on 2 streets that have been neutered vaccinated And returned that could not go to shelters. And we have captured at least 12 kittensTo go to rescue. One of which died within twenty four hours of being picked up Sadly. You can see the kittens, ribs and spines. They are covered in fleas and tapeworms And are almost all of them sick. The people trapping are all volunteers and the residents that are trying to help the cats are completely overwhelmed and trying to feed them out of their pockets, which is impossible. We have been providing food and will provide shelter in the winter too. Hopefully with all of the volunteers and frankin county humane Society Trapping the summer and fall. We will be able to get it under control.
