Rexford Mobile Estates LLC Introduce
For individuals and families exploring 'RV parks near me' or mobile home park options in Napa, California, it is essential to gather insights from current and former residents to make an informed decision. Rexford Mobile Estates LLC, located at 1350 Pueblo Ave # 216, Napa, CA 94558, USA, has received feedback that highlights some potential challenges for both residents and their visitors.
One recent review focuses heavily on parking issues within Rexford Mobile Estates. The visitor recounts a frustrating experience of almost having their car towed while visiting family who reside in the park. The core of the problem appears to be the limited availability of visitor parking and the alleged tendency of residents to occupy these designated spaces, despite a stated rule against parking on the street. This situation caused significant distress to the visitor, who was parked directly in front of their family's home due to the lack of alternative visitor parking.
The reviewer's message is a direct plea to residents to be more considerate of visitor parking. They suggest that residents should prioritize parking at their own homes or, if they have multiple vehicles, consider parking outside the immediate trailer areas to free up visitor spots. This indicates that the parking situation is a known and ongoing issue within the community, causing inconvenience and potential financial penalties (towing) for guests.
Another review offers a historical perspective on Rexford Mobile Estates. A former resident from 2001 recalls a time when the park was considered "a great trailer park for kids to grow." However, their more recent assessment is starkly different, describing the park as "a dump" and "not a pleasant side." This suggests a significant perceived decline in the quality or environment of Rexford Mobile Estates over the years. The reasons for this decline are not specified in the brief review, but the strong negative sentiment is noteworthy.
Considering these two reviews, potential residents and their frequent visitors should be aware of potential parking limitations and a reported decline in the overall quality of Rexford Mobile Estates. The parking issue specifically impacts guests and could be a source of ongoing frustration for those who have family or friends residing in the park. The former resident's comment about the park becoming a "dump" and "not pleasant" raises broader concerns about the current living environment, maintenance, or community atmosphere.
For individuals searching for 'RV parks near me' or considering long-term residency in a mobile home park in Napa, these comments provide valuable, albeit limited, insights. The lack of adequate visitor parking can significantly impact the convenience and accessibility for those with guests. The perceived decline in the park's quality could affect the overall living experience for residents.
Given the limited information available, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of the environment, services, and features of Rexford Mobile Estates. The reviews primarily focus on negative aspects – parking for visitors and a decline in overall quality. There is no mention of specific amenities, community activities, management responsiveness, or the general upkeep of the park in these particular reviews.
Prospective residents who come across Rexford Mobile Estates in their search for 'RV parks near me' should consider these points carefully. If frequent visitors are expected, the parking situation could be a significant drawback. The former resident's strong negative assessment of the park's current state also warrants further investigation. It would be advisable to seek additional information from other sources, if available, or to visit the park in person to assess the current conditions and parking situation firsthand.
It is important to maintain an objective perspective based on the limited information provided. While the reviews raise concerns, they represent individual experiences. However, the specific and potentially ongoing issue of visitor parking and the strong negative assessment of the park's current state are factors that potential residents should not overlook.
In conclusion, the available reviews for Rexford Mobile Estates LLC in Napa highlight potential challenges related to visitor parking and a perceived decline in the park's overall quality. Individuals searching for 'RV parks near me' or considering residency in this mobile home park should be aware of these issues and seek further information to make an informed decision. The lack of positive feedback regarding amenities or management in these reviews suggests a need for thorough investigation by prospective residents.

Rexford Mobile Estates LLC Reviews
Hello to everyone who is seeing this, please do me the honor of sharing it with all your family and friends who live here or come to visit. Today I came to visit my family who is a resident of Rexford Mobile Estates. As always there has never been parking allowed in the street. However, that seems to always be the issue because all residents think they can take up all the parking that is suppose to be for VISITORS ONLY. Words cannot express how furious I was to come out to my car almost being towed Away because I was parked right in front of my parents house due to all the parking being full with residents. Please make the effort to park at your own home or if it’s not possible because you have too many vehicles then maybe consider parking outside of the trailers so that those actually visiting have somewhere to park. Thank you to anyone who took the time to read this and take it into consideration.
