If you're 55+, and are tired of maintaining a large home, yard/acreage and pool, move to Rincon Country MHP. We moved in on July 1st and we've never been more relaxed and happy. We went from feeling isolated and overwhelmed to enjoying social activities with some of the nicest people we've ever met. There are a variety of activities choose from. You can be as busy as you like or just enjoy the peacefulness of your home in this quiet community. The two pools are heated year round; there's aqua aerobics and water volleyball or you can swim laps or float for hours. The neighbors are friendly, helpful and interesting. We've met people from all walks of life. One resident's aunt is a famous movie star from the 1980's. One resident remodels vehicles into travel trailers, that resident is 85 years old. The management team are on the ball, ready to listen and get things done. We feel like we've won the lottery and are living in a resort. Our only regret is not moving in 5 years ago when we turned 55.We had the pleasure of working with Robin and Cheryl to find the perfect home for us. They were both helpful, knowledgeable and patient during the process. In the end, Cheryl was able to find exactly what we wanted. - Desert Sunflower

Rincon Country Mobile Home Park Introduce

Are you searching for "RV parks near me" that cater to a specific lifestyle, particularly if you are 55 years or older and considering a move to a vibrant and active adult community near Tucson, Arizona? Rincon Country Mobile Home Park, located at 3411 S Camino Seco, Tucson, AZ 85730, USA, presents itself as a 55+ community that offers a range of amenities and social opportunities. However, it's important to consider both the positive experiences shared by some residents and the concerns raised in other reviews to gain a balanced perspective.

Several reviews paint a picture of Rincon Country Mobile Home Park as an ideal place for those seeking a relaxed and engaging retirement lifestyle. One couple who moved into the park on July 1st expressed immense satisfaction, stating they had "never been more relaxed and happy." They highlighted the transition from feeling isolated and overwhelmed to enjoying social activities with friendly neighbors. The park offers a variety of activities, allowing residents to be as busy or as peaceful as they desire, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

A significant feature of Rincon Country Mobile Home Park is its emphasis on an active lifestyle. The presence of two heated pools that are open year-round is a major draw. Residents can participate in aqua aerobics and water volleyball or simply enjoy swimming laps or floating at their leisure. This focus on aquatic activities provides both exercise and social interaction opportunities for the residents.

The social aspect of the community is consistently praised in one review. The neighbors are described as "friendly, helpful and interesting," with residents coming from diverse backgrounds and experiences. The reviewer even shared anecdotal stories of neighbors with interesting connections, highlighting the vibrant and engaging nature of the community. This suggests that Rincon Country Mobile Home Park fosters a welcoming environment where new residents can easily integrate and form meaningful connections.

The management team also receives positive feedback in one review, being described as "on the ball, ready to listen and get things done." This responsiveness and attentiveness from the management can contribute significantly to the residents' overall satisfaction and sense of security within the community. Efficient management ensures that issues are addressed promptly and that the park operates smoothly.

The overall impression from one enthusiastic reviewer is akin to "living in a resort," with their only regret being not having moved in sooner. This strong endorsement speaks to the positive lifestyle and sense of well-being experienced by some residents at Rincon Country Mobile Home Park.

For those interested in finding a home within the park, one review mentions a positive experience working with Robin and Cheryl to find the "perfect home." They were described as "helpful, knowledgeable and patient" throughout the process, with Cheryl ultimately finding exactly what the buyers wanted. This suggests that the park has a process in place to assist prospective residents in finding suitable housing options within the community.

However, it is crucial to consider the concerns raised in other reviews to present a balanced and objective introduction. One review mentions that while the "mobile park looks pretty on the outside due to the hard work from the home owners," the park has "continuous water problems!" This is a significant issue that potential residents or short-term RV visitors should be aware of. Consistent water problems can disrupt daily life and may indicate underlying infrastructure issues within the park.

Another serious concern raised in a review pertains to the park's pet policy. The reviewer states that the park has "gone against their policy of no dogs over 25 lbs and has allowed large vicious dogs into the park where elderly people in walkers and wheelchairs live." This is a significant safety concern, particularly within a 55+ community where residents may be more vulnerable. The reviewer further alleges that "the people that live here are helpless against the management" and that "nothing has been done to change their policy, not even dog attacks!" These are serious allegations that potential residents and their families should carefully consider and investigate further.

Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," it is important to ascertain whether Rincon Country Mobile Home Park accommodates RVs for short-term or long-term stays. The name suggests it primarily caters to mobile homes, which are typically permanent or semi-permanent residences. While some mobile home parks may have limited spaces or specific sections for RVs, the focus and amenities are usually geared towards mobile home living. Therefore, RV travelers specifically seeking short-term accommodations may need to inquire about the availability and suitability of Rincon Country Mobile Home Park for their needs.

For individuals aged 55 and over who are considering a move to a manufactured home community with a strong social aspect, active amenities like heated pools, and a responsive management team (as reported by some), Rincon Country Mobile Home Park may be an option worth exploring further. The positive testimonials highlight the potential for a relaxed, engaging, and resort-like lifestyle.

However, prospective residents must also be diligent in investigating the concerns raised regarding continuous water problems and the alleged changes in pet policy allowing large and potentially vicious dogs, especially given the presence of elderly and potentially vulnerable residents. It would be prudent to inquire with the management about these issues, understand their current policies and any planned resolutions, and perhaps speak with current residents to get a broader understanding of the living conditions within the park.

In conclusion, Rincon Country Mobile Home Park in Tucson, Arizona, presents a 55+ community with positive aspects such as a relaxed atmosphere, social activities, heated pools, and a seemingly responsive management team (according to one review). However, potential residents and RV travelers should also be aware of concerns raised regarding continuous water problems and alleged changes in pet policy that have caused safety concerns for some residents.
