I've only been to this MHP once, but I can honestly say it is beautiful! It's not a gated community, but I was greeted at the entry-booth by a very friendly security person. She showed me on a large, easy to read map on the side of the booth where I needed to go. All the streets I drove on were in excellent shape with just the right amount of speed bumps to keep all those in the park safe. I found each street to be well marked with easy to see signs. The house numbers were also very easy to see. The foliage appeared to be meticulously groomed. The club house and community pool have ample parking with clearly marked spots. That's all the information I can provide from my short visit. I was very impressed and enjoyed it very much. Coincidentally, I live in asmaller mobile home park in the NW quadrant of Tucson. It has appreciated amenities and is well maintained, but it is not nearly as impressive as Tucson Meadows.
