Riverside Community Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me," it's important to understand that the category typically refers to recreational vehicle parks designed for temporary stays. However, if your search has led you to explore options for longer-term or permanent housing solutions, you might be interested in mobile home parks like Riverside Community, located at 6644 Sable St, Midwest City, OK 73110, USA. While not technically an "RV park," mobile home communities offer a different type of residential living that may suit individuals and families seeking a more স্থায়ী housing arrangement.
Riverside Community is a mobile home park in Midwest City, Oklahoma. To gain a comprehensive understanding of what it's like to live in this community, it's essential to consider feedback from current and former residents. The available reviews present a mixed picture, with contrasting experiences reported.
One review describes a significantly negative experience, detailing issues encountered upon moving in during 2018. This resident reported a delay in move-in readiness, unfinished conditions within the home (specifically mentioning unfinished floors), and pre-existing unsanitary findings (a used pregnancy test). Furthermore, they claimed that essential amenities like air conditioning were non-functional and that maintenance responsiveness was poor. This reviewer also expressed dissatisfaction with promises made regarding neighboring lots, alleging that a taller trailer was subsequently placed next to their home, negatively impacting their property. The overall sentiment of this review is that the management prioritizes financial gain over resident well-being, leading to a strong negative recommendation against living in Riverside Community, even suggesting it should be shut down.
In stark contrast, another reviewer who moved into a new mobile home on July 1, 2023, reported a positive experience. This resident found the entire move-in process to be "very easy and simple." They also highlighted the responsiveness of the management to their needs, stating that they received helpful assistance with a few issues they encountered. Overall, this reviewer expressed satisfaction with their new home and the community, describing it as "beautiful" and noting that they had experienced no problems with anything or anyone. This feedback suggests a potentially different experience for more recent residents or those moving into new homes within the community.
Given these divergent experiences, it is challenging to provide a definitive overview of the environment, services, and features of Riverside Community based solely on these two reviews. However, we can attempt to infer some potential aspects and raise questions that prospective residents should consider:
Potential Environment: The term "Riverside Community" suggests a location that may be near a river, potentially offering some natural beauty or access to waterfront areas. However, neither review explicitly confirms or denies this. The negative review implies a potentially poorly maintained or managed environment ("live in a dump"), while the positive review uses the term "beautiful," possibly referring to the individual mobile home or the overall aesthetic of the newer sections or landscaping. The discrepancy highlights the importance of a personal visit and thorough inspection to assess the current environment.
Potential Services and Features (Based on typical mobile home parks): While the reviews don't detail specific amenities, most mobile home parks offer a range of services and features for their residents. These can often include:
- Utilities Hookups: Individual lots typically provide connections for water, sewer, electricity, and potentially gas. The negative review's mention of a non-functional AC suggests that residents are responsible for their own HVAC systems, but the park provides the electrical infrastructure.
- Road Maintenance: The upkeep of roads within the community is usually the responsibility of the park management. The reviews do not comment on the condition of the roads.
- Common Areas: Some mobile home parks offer communal spaces such as clubhouses, laundry facilities, playgrounds, or recreational areas. There is no mention of such amenities in the provided reviews.
- Waste Management: Provisions for trash and recycling collection are typically in place. This is not mentioned in the reviews.
- Management and Maintenance: The contrasting experiences in the reviews highlight the potential variability in the quality and responsiveness of the management and maintenance services. Prospective residents should inquire about the current maintenance procedures, emergency contact information, and typical response times for service requests.
- Lot Size and Layout: The negative review mentions the placement of a taller trailer that encroached on their front yard, indicating that lot sizes and the placement of homes can be a concern. Inquiring about lot dimensions, setbacks, and potential for new placements near existing homes is advisable.
Promotional Information: Based on the limited information, there is no explicit promotional content available. The positive review could be seen as an indirect positive endorsement, particularly for those moving into new homes. However, the starkly negative review serves as a significant caution. Any prospective resident should seek current and comprehensive information directly from the management regarding availability, pricing (lot rent, fees), rules and regulations, and the overall state of the community.
Addressing the "RV Parks Near Me" Category: It is crucial to reiterate that Riverside Community is a mobile home park, offering long-term or permanent housing solutions, and not an RV park designed for short-term recreational stays. Individuals searching for "RV parks near me" are typically looking for temporary campsites with specific amenities tailored to recreational vehicles. Mobile home parks cater to a different need, providing a place to establish a more permanent residence in a manufactured home.
Conclusion and Recommendations: The available reviews for Riverside Community present a polarized view of resident experiences. The negative review raises serious concerns about the condition of some homes, management responsiveness, and community planning. Conversely, the positive review suggests that more recent experiences, possibly with new homes, have been satisfactory.
Therefore, for anyone considering Riverside Community as a potential long-term housing option, it is strongly recommended to:
- Visit the community in person: Conduct a thorough walkthrough to assess the overall environment, cleanliness, and upkeep of common areas (if any are present).
- Inspect any potential home thoroughly: If considering an existing home, conduct a detailed inspection of its condition, including essential systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. For new homes, inquire about warranties and construction quality.
- Speak with current residents: If possible, try to speak with a variety of current residents (beyond those highlighted in online reviews) to get a broader understanding of their experiences with management, maintenance, and the community environment.
- Inquire about all fees and policies: Obtain a clear and comprehensive breakdown of all costs involved, including lot rent, utilities, and any other fees. Understand the community's rules and regulations regarding lot maintenance, pets, and other aspects of residency.
- Ask about recent improvements or changes: Inquire if there have been any recent changes in management or significant improvements to the community that might address past issues.
Without further information or more recent and representative reviews, it is impossible to provide a fully objective and detailed introduction to Riverside Community. The existing feedback suggests a need for thorough due diligence by any prospective resident to determine if this mobile home park meets their individual needs and expectations for long-term housing in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Contacting the management directly at (405) 427-0627 or +1 405-427-0627 is the crucial next step for anyone interested in learning more about current availability and conditions.

Riverside Community Reviews
If you want to live in a dump you found it. Moved here in 2018 from Reno. Told we could move in right away well it took almost a mnth. There was a used pregnancy test on the tub. The floors weren’t finished. The AC never worked. The maintenance was horrible. We were told when we moved there that they would never put a trailer next to us and they did. It was higher than ours and we literally lost our front yard. All the care about money that don’t care about people. So when I saw them in the news a few days ago I laughed. They need to be shut down!!!!
Dec 31, 2023 · Mary FarnworthI moved into my new mobile home on July First, 2023. The whole process was very easy and simple. I needed some help with a few things and they were more than happy to help me out with those issues. I have had no trouble with anything or anyone. I love my new place. It’s beautiful.
Aug 26, 2023 · Karen StottsI have lived in this community for 8 years my wife's grandma lived here for over 40 years. I have no issues with the management or owner. I believe the manager is doing a wonderful job. I also worked there for almost a year. It wasn't bad.ashlie white just mad because she hasn't paid her rent that's why she made a bad review. it's uncalled for and unnecessary and very inappropriate, does anybody know how to delete it if you do please please get a hold of Ashley and show her.
Apr 30, 2022 · Mike KellerThis place is nasty I went to look at some off the trailers and she showed me the good ones and bad. Some had no bath tubs in it and the second street white house two broke white cars and the yard was decusting there are cats everywhere and stuff in the yards the landlord was trying to be nice but when I asked questions she seem to not care and the other lady was. Just there if it was cleaned and nicer it would be a great place to live but not with this I work for FHA and I will let them know about this park
May 20, 2022 · Stacey PersonMy mom lives here and the trailers they sell are super ran down and my mom had to pay for all the repairs just to make it a little liveable. My nephew was staying with my mom because she is older and he got accused of all sorts of things that he didn't do. Come to find out there was another young man that looked similar to him that was doing the stuff he was falsely accused of. He eventually left because of all that and now my mom has to stay alone. This place is aweful.
