Skyline Mobile Home Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and considering a peaceful and conveniently located residential option? Skyline Mobile Home Park, situated at 3200 E Reno Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73115, USA, might be worth your consideration. While the name includes "Mobile Home Park," it's essential for those seeking "RV parks near me" to understand the nuances and whether this community accommodates recreational vehicles for long-term stays. Let's delve into the details based on available information.
For individuals actively searching for "RV parks near me" or exploring long-term living options for their RV in Oklahoma City, location is often a primary factor. According to a long-term resident of over five years at Skyline Mobile Home Park, the location is a significant advantage. The park boasts proximity to major transportation arteries like the interstate, as well as key urban areas such as Bricktown, downtown Oklahoma City, and various medical centers. This accessibility can be particularly appealing for those who need to commute to work, access city amenities, or require regular visits to medical facilities.
However, for those relying on public transportation, the resident noted a potential drawback: the nearest bus stop is located a few miles away at N.E. 4th and Martin Luther King Blvd. This distance might be a crucial consideration for individuals without personal vehicles who prioritize access to public transit when searching for "RV parks near me" or long-term RV living options.
In terms of the community atmosphere, the long-term resident describes most neighbors as friendly but generally keeping to themselves. The park is typically quiet, with occasional noise from the nearby highway. This suggests a potentially peaceful environment for those seeking a tranquil residential setting within city limits. Another recent review echoes this sentiment, explicitly stating, "Skyline is a very peaceful place to live!" and commending the management for maintaining a clean environment and fostering friendly neighborly relations.
It's important for those considering Skyline as one of their "RV parks near me" to understand the management structure. The property underwent a change in ownership a couple of years ago and is currently managed by Red River Property Management. The long-term resident indicates that communication with residents is "gradually getting better," and that the management can be contacted via phone or text. It's also noted that there is no full-time manager residing on-site, and rent payments are handled online. This information is vital for prospective residents to understand the communication protocols and the level of on-site management presence.
A unique aspect of living at Skyline Mobile Home Park, as highlighted by the long-term resident, is the individual responsibility for lot maintenance, primarily involving mowing. For RV owners considering this as one of their "RV parks near me," this might translate to maintaining the area around their parked RV. However, the resident also mentions the availability of a neighbor who offers a grass mowing service for a monthly fee, providing a convenient option for those who prefer not to handle this task themselves. Additionally, there are residents within the park who can be hired for mobile home or RV maintenance and repairs, which could be a valuable resource for long-term RV dwellers.
While the long-term resident expresses an overall positive view, acknowledging it as a "nice place to live," they also indicate a need for improvement, which is the reason for not giving a higher rating. This suggests that while there are notable advantages to living at Skyline, potential residents should still inquire about ongoing improvements and any specific concerns they might have. The positive review mentioning a "very clean environment" and effective management in maintaining order ("no bullshit") offers a more recent and potentially contrasting perspective on the current state of the park.
For those specifically looking for "RV parks near me" that cater to recreational vehicles, it's crucial to directly contact Skyline Mobile Home Park at (844) 653-4742 or +1 844-653-4742 to inquire about their policies regarding RVs. Questions to ask should include whether they have designated RV sites, the availability and type of utility hookups (electrical, water, sewer), the size restrictions for RVs, and any specific rules or amenities for RV residents. While the reviews primarily focus on mobile home living, the park's name includes "Mobile Home Park," and it's essential to confirm its suitability and offerings for RVs seeking long-term stays in Oklahoma City.
In conclusion, Skyline Mobile Home Park offers a potentially convenient and peaceful residential environment in Oklahoma City, with easy access to major city attractions and transportation. The community appears friendly, and recent management seems to be proactive. However, prospective residents, especially those searching for "RV parks near me," should carefully consider the lack of nearby public transportation, the individual responsibility for lot maintenance, and the absence of a full-time on-site manager. Direct communication with the park management is crucial to ascertain their RV policies, availability, and to address any specific concerns based on the provided resident feedback. By contacting them directly, you can gain the most accurate and up-to-date information to determine if Skyline Mobile Home Park aligns with your needs for long-term RV living in Oklahoma City.

Skyline Mobile Home Park Reviews
I've lived at Skyline for over 5 years. I own a mobile home on the property. I like the location. It is only minutes to the interstate, Bricktown, downtown, and medical centers. Unfortunately, if you are in need of public transportation, the closest bus stop is a few miles away at N.E. 4th and Martin Luther King Blvd. Most of the residents are friendly but keep to themselves. The park is usually quiet with only occasional noise from the highway. The property changed ownership a couple of years ago. The park is managed by Red River Property Management. Their communication with residents is gradually getting better. You can contact them by phone or text. There is not a full-time manager on site. Rent is paid online. Each resident is responsible for maintaining their lot, which includes mowing it. Currently, there is a resident that will mow grass on your lot for $20 a month. We also have a few residents in the park that you can hire to help with maintenance or repairs on your mobile home or rv. The reason for not rating it higher than I did, is I feel there is still a need for improvement. Overall, it is a nice place to live.
May 01, 2025 · Sharon JohnsonSkyline is a very peaceful place to live! Stephanie is doing a great job making sure there is no bullshit that goes on. I'm in recovery and it is easy to stay that way being here! Very clean environment with friendly neighbors
Nov 20, 2024 · Mercedes DixonI recently moved here 2 months ago and the management Stephanie and Kris is probably some of the best people I've met in oklahoma. It's like one big family there everyone knows everyone. Not very much traffic and everyone is very respectful to each other. It's convient to every store.
Nov 23, 2024 · Ricky MatternThis was a great find when I was looking for a place to stay for working in the OKC Metro area. The rates are very reasonable. Stephanie, the new manager, has done a lot to clean the place up and has zero tolerance for problem tenants who are quickly evicted. It's a nice little community of folks who are friendly and willing to help each other out.
