Santa Fe Station Mobile Home Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and considering various long-term residential options? Santa Fe Station Mobile Home Park, located at 501 SE 44th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73129, USA, presents itself as a potential choice. For those exploring "RV parks near me," it's crucial to gather diverse perspectives to form a comprehensive understanding of a community. In the case of Santa Fe Station Mobile Home Park, the available customer reviews offer contrasting viewpoints that potential residents should carefully consider.
For individuals utilizing online platforms in their search for "RV parks near me" or considering a mobile home park for long-term living, the environment and overall condition of the community are significant factors. One review of Santa Fe Station Mobile Home Park paints a negative picture, describing the "Streets" as "horrible" and stating that the "homes were not in good condition." This reviewer also noted "broken fences" and "trash all over or cans overflowing," suggesting potential issues with maintenance and cleanliness within the park. Their experience viewing a specific unit was particularly negative, mentioning missing windows, an unsanitary toilet, and badly stained sinks, leading them to conclude that the conditions were uninhabitable even for the homeless.
This initial review raises serious concerns about the upkeep and living conditions at Santa Fe Station Mobile Home Park. For RV owners searching for "RV parks near me" who might also consider a mobile home park for long-term residency, such descriptions of disrepair and lack of cleanliness could be a significant deterrent. The condition of the streets within a park is also crucial for the maneuverability of RVs and the overall quality of life for residents.
However, a second review offers a starkly different perspective from a long-term resident who has lived in the park for approximately eight years in trailer number 82, located at the front of the community. This resident expresses a strong affinity for living at Santa Fe Station, stating, "Personally I love living hear." They directly contradict the negative feedback, suggesting that the previous reviewer might not maintain their own trailer adequately. This resident emphasizes that if one takes care of their property, it can look "really nice." They explicitly state that their experience living in a trailer at Santa Fe Station has been "the best experience I ever had," even preferring it to living in a house previously. This positive review also highlights the presence of a park within the community, which the resident enjoys visiting with their younger sibling.
The contrasting nature of these two reviews underscores the importance of not relying solely on a single opinion when evaluating potential "RV parks near me" or long-term living options. It suggests that the condition of individual properties within Santa Fe Station Mobile Home Park might vary significantly, and perhaps the overall environment is perceived differently by different residents based on their own circumstances and expectations.
Regarding services and features, neither review provides extensive details. The mention of a "park" within the community by the positive reviewer suggests the presence of a recreational amenity, which could be appealing to families or individuals seeking outdoor space. However, there is no information about other common features of mobile home or RV parks, such as laundry facilities, communal areas, or specific utility hookups. For RV owners considering Santa Fe Station as one of their "RV parks near me," it would be essential to inquire about the availability and type of RV sites, including water, sewer, and electrical connections, as well as the condition of these facilities.
The negative review's description of broken fences and trash suggests potential issues with park maintenance and waste management. In contrast, the positive review implies that a well-maintained individual property can coexist within the community. This discrepancy highlights the need for prospective residents to assess the overall maintenance standards of the park and the enforcement of community rules regarding property upkeep and waste disposal.
No promotional information is provided in the available data. Therefore, we cannot comment on any special offers or unique selling points that Santa Fe Station Mobile Home Park might be advertising to attract new residents.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" or considering Santa Fe Station Mobile Home Park for long-term living, the conflicting reviews present a complex picture. The negative feedback raises serious concerns about the infrastructure, cleanliness, and overall condition of the park and some of its residences. However, the positive review from a long-term resident suggests that a satisfactory living experience is possible for those who maintain their properties. The presence of a park within the community is a potential positive feature.
Given these contrasting viewpoints, it is crucial for potential residents to conduct a thorough personal assessment of Santa Fe Station Mobile Home Park. This should include contacting the management at (405) 634-6464 or +1 405-634-6464 to inquire about the current condition of the streets, the availability and condition of any mobile home or RV lots, the services and amenities offered, and the community rules regarding property maintenance and waste disposal. A visit to the property is highly recommended to observe the overall environment, the condition of the infrastructure, and the appearance of the homes and any communal areas. If possible, speaking with current residents beyond those whose reviews are available online could provide a more balanced and comprehensive understanding of life at Santa Fe Station Mobile Home Park.
In conclusion, Santa Fe Station Mobile Home Park in Oklahoma City presents a mixed impression based on the limited available reviews. While one review highlights significant concerns about disrepair and lack of cleanliness, another long-term resident expresses satisfaction with the community and their living experience. For those searching for "RV parks near me" or considering this mobile home park for long-term residency, a cautious and thorough investigation is essential to reconcile these contrasting perspectives and determine if Santa Fe Station Mobile Home Park meets their individual needs and expectations. Direct communication with the management and a personal visit to the property are strongly recommended.

Santa Fe Station Mobile Home Park Reviews
Streets are horrible, homes were not in good condition, broken fences trash all over or cans overflowing....the one we looked at was missing 2 windows and the toilet looked like it had not been flushed in weeks... sinks badly stained....I wouldn't let homeless people live there!!!!!
Feb 22, 2025 · Elly NortonPersonally I love living hear I don’t know about these other feedbacks I think they just don’t clean their trailer what if you really do take care of the trailer look really nice I live in trailer 82. It’s right in front and I’ve been living there for I think eight years and it’s the best experience I ever had. I lived in a house before, but then I moved to the trailer and personally I think it’s better than the trailer and they have a park there and I like going there with my little brother
Oct 08, 2024 · Axel LuevanoI came by to visit some family recently and I was shocked to see so many cockroaches roaming around the house yet I can’t really complain about it given that the area is of low income. And if you’re a light sleeper, this place isn’t for you as there’s so many trains that pass by every hour! But it’s very close to downtown OKC, so I really can’t complain about its location and it’s a plus that I can agree on!
Aug 13, 2023 · Juan VelasquezI put my deposit in on Thursday 09/01/2022. She said we will know something if we get approved. I gave a couple days for her to call me, but nothing. Weekends they are closed. Monday 09/05/2022 was labor day, closed. I called her on Wednesday 09/07/2022 just for her to tell me that the lot we applied for had already been occupied. It took 6 days? Technically 3, if you don't count the days they were closed.I have a feeling she already knew it was taken before we gave her the money order. Even if we didn't get approved, she didn't have the decency to call and let us know. She was happy to take the money, but couldn't call to let us know someone was ALREADY living there. That is extremely unprofessional and very shady. She also said that if we had dogs over 50 lbs & aggressive, they would shut the entire place down. Very dramatic. There were multiple lots with dogs that were way over 50 lbs and some were pit bulls.Read reviews before considering this place.
Sep 07, 2022 · BIt seems like a very quiet and calm place to live, and the people I've visited over there are very kind and polite. The thing I dislike of this place is that it is very close located to the train rails and it comes very noisy sometimes when it passes by it. I also don't like that the streets here are always crowded with cars of the people who live here ( I get it that there isn't so much space to park your car out of the street) which makes this places risky to have an accident with one of those cars.
