Arrowwood Mobile Home Community Reviews
I absolutely love this place the manager is amazing she helps you with everything step by step and they make it super easy to make your payments with the online portal. The parking is small and there really is no back yard , but the homes are lovely and the community is very quiet . And it’s not that far from all the shopping centers etc…
Jan 22, 2025 · Kindra GonzalezNice place to live. Very quiet no rowdy folks. Enjoyed my stay for the Holliday
Dec 17, 2024 · JuneBuggI would give a zero star rating if I could.I lived there for multiple years. Great Tennant, and never late on the $$I saw the constant issues (water, poor/absent park maintenance, and failure to fix things their lack of maintenance broke). Pushing out older homeowners. Preferential treatment of others.I read all the negative comments on here. Years later, all that are written in these comments are still going strong..Angrily, I wrote 3 more paragraphs but deleted them. Why bother getting upset again. This was just the last thing that this park management failed to do..
May 10, 2024 · Stephanie HutchensLived here 3 years and nothing gets taken care of without multiple calls. Water gets messed up every time they move a new trailer in and when winter rolls around the water will be shut off for at least a whole week. Management gives cases of water and a water/water buckets for you to haul home to flush your toilets ect. We had to build our own ramp upon moving in for my wheelchair, our van is being totaled out because they refuse to take out the “speed bumps” that are all chipped and cracked that no one bothers to use. We had a neighbor camped in his driveway for months using the restroom outside (pee & poo) and they said they could do nothing about it so we suffered with the nasty smell and unclean yard. Because you can literally jump from one deck to the other the homes are so close. Beautiful homes, but comes with a cost I guess.
May 07, 2024 · Christa SandovalIf I could give this place no stars ⭐️ I totally would…This place is a joke, they can’t keep management or maintenance at all…. When my daughter moved in here she was promised to have things fixed like the doors that were uneven do to the mobile home being un-level but they never had it done, the mobile homes are so close together that you can hear the neighbors while indoors or reach out and touch someone … my daughter and grand baby are both disabled in wheelchairs and have to go to the front for shelter when bad weather comes in (tornados) we have ask numerous times if they would put a storm shelter on the back of the property not just for my daughter and grandson but even for all the people that live in the back of the community but instead they put in more mobile homes… every winter my daughter and their family have to do without water as does the entire park for a week to as long as two weeks because of the pipes and the way they have been ran… they do not make accommodations for handicapped at all….( but the ADA will when I call them) We have ask several time for them to please shave down the speed bum by my daughters house and they have yet to respond or we have been told no it can’t be done so instead it tears my daughter wheelchair accessible van up when it bottoms out.My son lived here for a year and half and they wouldn’t give him his deposit back saying they had to paint and clean up the mobile home which I know is a lie because I have talked to the new tenants… all this place is about is making a dollar they do not care about the tenants…
