SOME PEOPLE ARE ON A FIXED INCOME LIKE SOCIAL SECURITY. AND ITS GETTING TO THE POINT WHERE WERE GONNA HAVE TO MOVE BECAUSE THEY KEEP RAISING OUR RATES AND SOCIAL SECURITY ALONE WONT COVER OUR COST OF LIVING, AND WEVE BEEN HERE FOR ALMOST A DECADE.2. ITS UNSAFE WE’VE HAD MULTIPLE GAS LEAKS THAT COULD BLOW UP THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD AND WE’VE HAD TO EVACUATE TWICE ITS BEEN ON THE NEWS.3. MANAGEMENT WONT RESPOND WHEN WE HAVE WATER OR GAS ISSUES THAT THEY CREATED. MEANING THEY MESS UP OUR STUFF THEN WONT RESPOND WHEN WE ASK TO HAVE IT FIXED.(THIS IS NOT AN Exaggeration)WE’VE WAITED SEVERAL MONTHS FOR WATER AND GAS ISSUES TO RESOLVED before. TAKING FREEZING COLD SHOWERSThere’s no one at the corporate level who cares enough to provide a complaint line so if the manager wants to be a TYRANT WE HAVE TO JUST DEAL WITH IT.4. THEY DESTROYED SOMETHING on OUR LOT AND DIDNT FIX IT, THEN TOLD ME ITS MY FAULT IT WASNT FIXED EVEN THOUGH THEY DESTROYED IT.5. UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACK OF COURTESY!6. Parkway Mobile Home Community Introduce

If you are searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living options in the Midwest City, Oklahoma area, Parkway Mobile Home Community, located at 10301 SE 29th St, Midwest City, OK 73130, USA, has received significant negative feedback from recent and past residents. It is crucial for potential residents to carefully review this information to make an informed decision about this community.

Multiple reviews express extreme dissatisfaction with the living conditions and management practices at Parkway Mobile Home Community. One review emphatically states, "DO NOT MOVE HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT," and another suggests they would give a rating of "-100 stars" if possible. These strong sentiments indicate deeply negative experiences.

A primary concern raised by residents is the issue of frequent and unpredictable increases in lot rent. One long-term resident, who had been living in the community for almost a decade, reported that "THEY INCREASE YOUR LOT RENT SEVERAL TIMES IN THE YEAR.. TO MAKE MORE MONEY." This practice is particularly burdensome for individuals on a fixed income, such as Social Security recipients, who find it increasingly difficult to afford to stay. The reviewer expressed concern that they would be forced to move due to these repeated rate hikes, highlighting the financial instability experienced by some residents.

Safety is another critical issue raised in the reviews. One resident reported "MULTIPLE GAS LEAKS THAT COULD BLOW UP THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD AND WE’VE HAD TO EVACUATE TWICE ITS BEEN ON THE NEWS." These incidents indicate significant safety hazards within the community and suggest potential negligence in maintaining essential infrastructure. The fact that evacuations were necessary due to gas leaks is a serious cause for concern for the well-being of residents.

Furthermore, residents have expressed significant frustration with the responsiveness of the management to critical maintenance issues. The same reviewer stated that "MANAGEMENT WONT RESPOND WHEN WE HAVE WATER OR GAS ISSUES THAT THEY CREATED. MEANING THEY MESS UP OUR STUFF THEN WONT RESPOND WHEN WE ASK TO HAVE IT FIXED. (THIS IS NOT AN Exaggeration) WE’VE WAITED SEVERAL MONTHS FOR WATER AND GAS ISSUES TO RESOLVED before. TAKING FREEZING COLD SHOWERS." This paints a picture of neglect and a lack of accountability from the management, leaving residents to endure prolonged periods without essential services like water and gas.

The lack of a clear avenue for complaints beyond the local management is also a major point of concern. One review mentions, "There’s no one at the corporate level who cares enough to provide a complaint line so if the manager wants to be a TYRANT WE HAVE TO JUST DEAL WITH IT." This absence of oversight or a higher point of contact leaves residents feeling powerless and at the mercy of local management decisions and attitudes.

Adding to the negative experiences, one resident reported that "THEY DESTROYED SOMETHING on OUR LOT AND DIDNT FIX IT, THEN TOLD ME ITS MY FAULT IT WASNT FIXED EVEN THOUGH THEY DESTROYED IT." This account suggests a lack of responsibility from the management and a tendency to blame residents for issues that were not their fault.

The overall professionalism and courtesy of the management are also heavily criticized. One review simply states, "UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACK OF COURTESY!" while another elaborates, "MANGER IS ON A POWER TRIP AND MAKES THE LIVING EXPERIENCE HERE AWFUL." These comments indicate significant interpersonal issues and a negative management style that detracts from the quality of life within the community.

The cumulative effect of these issues is a highly negative living experience for some residents. One reviewer concluded, "IF YOU WANNA LIVE SOMEWHERE that you ABSOLUTELY HATE PULLING IN A PLACE WHERE YOU HOPE TO NOT SEE THE PARK MANAGER THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!" This strong warning underscores the level of dissatisfaction experienced by at least one former or current resident.

Another review echoes similar problems from the beginning of their tenancy, citing "Problems from the beginning. Bugs and mold. We would have days of no water or power." These issues point to potential problems with the basic infrastructure and maintenance of the community, further contributing to a negative living environment.

Finally, the same reviewer also reported safety concerns beyond gas leaks, stating, "Us and our dogs were attacked on 3 different times." This raises serious questions about the safety and security within the community and the management's ability or willingness to address such issues.

Given the overwhelming negativity and the serious nature of the complaints, including frequent rent increases, significant safety hazards like gas leaks and reported attacks, unresponsive and unprofessional management, and issues with basic utilities and maintenance, potential residents should exercise extreme caution when considering Parkway Mobile Home Community. The consistent themes of dissatisfaction across multiple reviews suggest systemic problems that may significantly impact the quality of life for residents.

Information regarding specific services, features, or the environment of Parkway Mobile Home Community is limited in the provided reviews, as the focus is primarily on negative experiences with management and safety. However, the issues raised overshadow any potential positive aspects that might typically be included in an introduction of a mobile home park.

Similarly, promotional information is entirely absent, and the strong negative feedback serves as a significant deterrent for potential residents. There is no indication of any positive promotions or incentives being offered.

In conclusion, based on the available customer reviews, Parkway Mobile Home Community near Midwest City, OK, appears to be a community with significant and serious issues. Potential residents are strongly advised to thoroughly investigate these concerns and consider alternative options for mobile home or RV living in the area. The reported frequent rent increases, safety hazards such as gas leaks and attacks, unresponsive and unprofessional management, and problems with basic utilities paint a concerning picture of the living conditions at Parkway Mobile Home Community. Proceed with extreme caution and consider seeking alternative "RV parks near me" or mobile home communities in the Midwest City, OK area that have more positive and reliable feedback.
