Riverside Mobile Home Park Reviews
I am a current Tennant: the rent is affordable and the management is nice and understands. Pay your rent on time and this is a great community to live in. Plenty of children and people who will keep their eye out. There are minor issues but after living there for 3 years now I will tell ya, best conservative community I have lived in.
Jan 14, 2022 · Nicholas LynchWe've made some changes in the last 5 - 6 years cleaning up the troubles they were having here. Also were under new ownership as of January 1 , 2018 and were in the process of getting things upgraded and cleaned up. It definitely not the same trailer park it was 7 ,8 ,9 years ago except for the older trailers. But they are peoples homes.
Aug 10, 2021 · Clarence MinkeMoved the whole trailer here from Woodbridge, nicer community, friendly manager and reasonable lot rent. Years keep ticking and the place keeps shining.
Jan 13, 2025 · Stephen BabisMy friend's told me that this area is dirty & junky, not well cared for. There was a drug problem there..I read some of the other reviews, I want to add something. My friend is judgemental. There probably are some dirty/junky trailers there. That's anywhere. There are probably also a number of proud & hardworking people living here as well.I don't want to be negative or judgemental about strangers based on one friend's word. From what I can see the place is NOT terribly dirty or junky. I feel safe living nearby and have no complaints about the park tenants. Also, they don't make too much noise, so noise pollution is not a problem.
