Loved this place. Our RV spot was up against the Big Thompson River. Very tranquil. Brandi was fantastic to work with...Super kind. Laundry facilities were nice. Women's restroom were clean. One negative... Men's restrooms were a below standard per my teenaged boys and husband.
May 02, 2025 · Kristen ***We have had an absolute blast every time we stay here. We drive up from Denver whenever we can and enjoy the entire atmosphere of the park. The staff has been so great with reservations to bringing us ice and firewood. Thank you so much for keeping the place clean and service the best around!!Highly recommended!!
Oct 12, 2024 · Louis OpatrnyI’m so glad I found this campground! It’s a gem. The property is beautiful with the river on one side, a walking trail that goes around the park, and tons of trees. It’s pet friendly with convenient poop bag stations and a dog park. It’s rustic and that’s part of its charm. It’s quiet and clean and peaceful.I found the customer service to be top notch. We had an issue with our tow vehicle which had to get worked on at the dealership. I spoke to the staff in the front office and we had no problem working out a longer stay. The location is perfect for access to parks and hiking, as well as the larger cities.I will definitely be staying here again next time I come to Colorado.
Sep 04, 2024 · Corrin CrowderStayed here for 10 days, and we loved it! Great location and is very quiet. The place is well maintained with plenty of dumpsters for trash. I found the hook-ups conveniently located with good power. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely come back!
Sep 14, 2024 · Brian GoebelWe stayed in the tiny home. I can tell you that it is so NOT worth the money. Get yourself a nice hotel room somewhere else. What they don't show you in the pictures is that there is a microwave on the counter so there is barely any room to do anything. There is a toaster oven and two burner thing stacked on top of one another under the counter. Where is one even supposed to use them. They want you to wash your own dishes. The workmanship on this thing looks like a high school shop class put it together. The floor boards are separating. The glass in the sunroom 8s filthy.Sleep six, but dishes for 3-4 people. To get to the area with the twin mattresses you have to crawl through a worm hole up very straight up steps on shag carpet that should be replaced. The sun window in that area doesn't have a screen, and the crank on the other window is broken.
