Alpine Vista Village Introduce
For individuals seeking "RV parks near me" in the Loveland, Colorado area, Alpine Vista Village, located at 6069 Golden Willow Ct, Loveland, CO 80538, USA, is a mobile home park that appears in search results. With a contact number available at (970) 663-4655 or +1 970-663-4655, prospective residents and visitors can inquire about the park. However, the available customer reviews present a complex and somewhat contradictory picture, indicating significant past and ongoing issues alongside potential positive changes under new management. Anyone considering Alpine Vista Village for a short-term RV stay or long-term residency should carefully weigh these factors.
Loveland, known as the "Sweetheart City," offers a blend of cultural attractions and access to the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains. When searching for "RV parks near me" in this region, key considerations often include the safety and maintenance of the park, the responsiveness of management, the availability of amenities, and the overall community environment. The reviews for Alpine Vista Village touch upon all these aspects, revealing a history of problems and a glimmer of potential improvement.
Several reviews from past and present residents paint a concerning picture of Alpine Vista Village under previous management. One long-term resident of five years states that the park has "gone down hill," with safety being a low priority for both the manager and corporate. They mention "high lot rent no amenities," a rude and disrespectful manager who is unresponsive to phone calls, and a high turnover rate of park managers (five in five years). Specific safety and maintenance issues are highlighted, including a "giant child eating pot hole" at the entrance, dangerous sidewalks with protruding concrete, and the risk of falling dead tree branches. The reviewer also notes that rent increases continue despite the declining condition of the park and the lack of care. Furthermore, they mention the problem of evicted residents leaving behind messes for extended periods without management intervention.
Another review echoes the sentiment of declining conditions and a desire for the previous management and corporate to return. This reinforces the idea that there have been significant negative changes in the park's management and upkeep over time, which could be a major deterrent for those seeking a stable and well-maintained "RV park near me" for any duration of stay.
Adding to the concerns, another reviewer recounts a negative experience with the application process, highlighting a lack of communication and follow-through from the management. Despite being assisted by a helpful property manager from another location and a kind maintenance guy, their application submitted three weeks prior went unanswered despite multiple calls and emails, leading to the loss of a housing opportunity. This suggests potential issues with the administrative processes and responsiveness of the on-site management, which could be frustrating for prospective RVers or long-term residents.
However, amidst these negative reports, there is an "Update after new park manager Dominique" that offers a more optimistic perspective. This reviewer states that Dominique has "stepped into chaos" and has taken charge of various issues, including an empty neighboring home, tree and sidewalk problems, and a lack of community feel. The reviewer praises Dominique for genuinely caring for the residents and the community, organizing events like Halloween and Christmas decoration contests and a Thanksgiving scavenger hunt, and successfully getting the vacant trailer removed. They express hope for further improvements under her leadership, suggesting a potential turning point for Alpine Vista Village.
In contrast, a subsequent "Update after owner response" from a different reviewer expresses skepticism about the timeliness and effectiveness of the management's response to resident concerns. This reviewer states that issues with the park manager and attempts to contact the on-site office via call or email have been ignored since March. They suggest that if the manager were active in the park, they would be aware of resident concerns. The reviewer also mentions the lack of a corporate contact for escalating issues, making Google reviews the only avenue for raising awareness. While they acknowledge receiving Dan's contact information, the overall tone indicates ongoing frustration and a perception of neglect, even after the change in park manager.
Considering the platform category "RV parks near me," the conflicting reviews present a challenge for potential visitors. While the positive update about the new manager, Dominique, suggests potential improvements in community engagement and addressing long-standing issues, the lingering concerns about safety, maintenance (potholes, sidewalks, trees), and responsiveness (as highlighted in the subsequent update) cannot be ignored. RV travelers typically prioritize safety, well-maintained facilities, and clear communication with park management when choosing a location for their stay.
For individuals considering a longer-term living situation and viewing mobile home parks as a type of "RV park near me" (for living in their RV), the historical issues of high lot rent with no amenities, rude management, and safety concerns are significant deterrents. While the new manager's efforts to build community are commendable, the fundamental problems of infrastructure and responsiveness may still persist.
Given the mixed information, it is difficult to offer any definitive promotional information for Alpine Vista Village. Objectively, the park has faced significant challenges with management, safety, and maintenance in the past. The arrival of a new manager, Dominique, appears to be a positive development, with efforts to improve community engagement and address some long-standing issues. However, concerns remain about the responsiveness of the overall management and the resolution of critical safety and maintenance problems. The high lot rent mentioned in one review, coupled with the lack of amenities, also raises questions about the value proposition of this park compared to other "RV parks near me" in the Loveland area.
Therefore, anyone considering Alpine Vista Village for either a short-term RV stay or long-term residency should proceed with extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence. Contacting the park directly at (970) 663-4655 or +1 970-663-4655 is essential to inquire about the current status of management, safety measures, maintenance efforts, amenities available to RV guests (if any), and the overall living conditions. It would also be prudent to seek out the most recent reviews to understand the ongoing experiences of residents under the new management and to assess whether the positive changes are substantive and consistent. The conflicting reports necessitate a careful and informed decision based on the most up-to-date information available.

Alpine Vista Village Reviews
Update after new park manager Dominique:Dominique has stepped into chaos, from the empty home next door to the tree and sidewalk issues to the lack of community feel and really taken charge. She genuinely cares for the residents and the community. She has organized Halloween and Christmas decoration contests, did a Thanksgiving scavenger hunt. And actually got the vacant trailer next door taken out. She's giving our community her all and we are looking forward to more improvements she's trying to make!Update after owner response:Thank you for your reply but it seems rather delayed as issues with you park manager and even attempting to call or email the onsite office have been ignored, forgotten and unnoticed since March. If she was active in the park she would see residents and have any form of residents care, response or awareness of our current community. When emails and phone calls go ignored with no way to contact corporate and express residents concerns, Google is the only way to bring awareness. Thankfully we now have Dan's contact information to make him aware of the situation here.Previous park management was at least respectful, had customer service and care and were active in the park.Lived here 5 years and park has gone down hill. Safety is not a concern for manager much less corporate. High lot rent no amenities. The manager is rude, disrespectful and demeaning towards residents, don't even attempt to get her on the phone as she doesn't answer. 5 park managers in 5 years. Attempt to when get in the entrance and your greetings is a giant child eating pot hole, take a stroll or casual fall down the sidewalk due to concrete sticking up and angled or watch from above that a dead tree branch doesnt take you out before the sidewalk does. Rent increases continue to go up as safety and care for the park valley into a place almost the size of the pothole. Not to mention when someone gets evicted they leave the mess for over 2 months with no regard to the neighbors.Park used to be decent and management and corporate cared. Wish we had them back.
Feb 14, 2023 · Chelsea WaltersThe only reason I’m giving this place 1 star is for the property manager of the Lafayette location. She was helping out down at this site while waiting for the new property manager to start and she was very polite and answered any questions I had! The maintenance guy was also very helpful and kind! Other than that, I never heard back after putting my application in. I put an application in 3 weeks ago, I’ve called and emailed and told it was processing but never got a call back letting me know anything! I ended up losing out on a home out of things that were not in my control 🤬🤬🤬 It’s truly heart breaking!
Jun 07, 2024 · Chantelle MastersMoved in 2008. Lot rent was 275.00, now 2024 lot rent is reaching 1000.00 a month. The last 4 managers do nothing but sit in their I assume free home. The grounds are very ill kept, trees cause damage to the homes and the sidewalks are dangerous! Management refuses to do anything.I was forced to remove running vehicles and constitional protected political signs all due to 1 butt hurt Karen, now she drives through the court with expired tags. Trashy homes and tenants storing lease prohibited off road vehicles, boats and campers. Multiple tenants do absolutely no lawn care and abandoned homes just sit and rott. The wasps and hornets living in the dilapidated homes are a danger as well. Even with no one living in the homes the management doesn't even cleanup the overgrown yards. The property management company will only list pictures of parts of the court luring new home buyers when in actually it is nothing but a lie to bait new tenants. The Larimer County sheriff and Loveland police are constantly in and out, drug deals run ramped. Home flippers do no clean up as they renovate. Do yourself a favor for your own piece of mind move on when looking to buy.
Apr 21, 2024 · Bill ZitekMy son and his girlfriend bought a mobile home in this park just about a year ago. Dominique, as sweet as she is, is next to impossible to find in the office and rarely answers any phone calls or text messages. They have had issues with loose dogs when they try to take their dog out on a leash. But the biggest problem they've had is with their lot rent. They have gotten notice that's on their door saying that they are over $2,000 behind in lot rent, which they are not behind actually they have overpaid every month so they have a credit, and now within the last 3 months they received two eviction notices on their door for the previous owner but for their address. The first time they got it they went and addressed it with Dominique and it was supposed to be taken care of. Now today they just got another eviction notice from the sheriff's office. He's tried calling and emailing any phone numbers or email addresses he can find for the owners but he gets no response. At this point I've advised him to get an attorney involved.
Apr 15, 2024 · JenI really do enjoy living here. The place is mostly quiet. I feel very safe here. I appreciate my privacy and here that’s never been an issue. The only issue I have is that the lot rent goes up 10% every year. That’s very frustrating! If it gets much higher I’ll be looking for a nice rental where the landlords are responsible for maintenance and upkeep. I figure that will be less expensive then having to pay so much for the lot and the maintenance. Rent is getting so high here I almost can’t even afford to put money into my home! Its pretty sad actually!!
