The management is also consistently praised for their professionalism and helpfulness, contributing to a positive living experience for residents.
While Spring Valley caters to both mobile homes and RVs, its established nature as a mobile home park provides a level of stability and community that might not always be found in purely transient RV parks. The presence of long-term residents helps create a more settled and neighborly environment.

Spring Valley Mobile Home Park Reviews
Nice quiet trailer park clean, I lived here many years ago and after I retired and needed new living arrangements, I revisited Spring Valley and spoke to Lori and applied for an available space. Moved in TODAY after clearing background check. Very pleased with park... after only a few hours there I met two residents of the park. Friendly and helpful. Recommended.
Sep 30, 2023 · morgan larsonLived here for 7-8 months, in an RV space. Management is perfect. Spaces are tight. 24hr Laundry on site, but very limited, and no change machine. Residents are peaceful and no known problems of thievery. Space comes with a little shed. RV spaces are gravel, with full hookups, and new 50amp connections. Rent is very reasonable, compared to other RV/mobile parks. Would recommend to anyone with an open mind.

Feb 04, 2025 · Attic CrawlI bought a property here last January. Laurie (the park manager) has been a sweet heart to us the whole time and my entire family and I appreciate her and Ed (her dad) because they have done for us so much. We are so happy to live here, even though it kind of is located in the middle of nowhere and you have to drive far enough to buy anything but cigarretes and wheel chairs. We have room for three cars to park and no one bothers you in any way. People here seem cool or simply don't mees you you at all. The park image in general is not the best, some home owners don't care much about cleanliness but others really try to keep it nice and tidy.
