Taranto Management Associates Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" that might also include gated mobile home communities offering a more permanent residential option in the Indialantic, Florida area? Taranto Management Associates, located at 125 Ponce De Leon Dr, presents itself as a "Beautiful residential gated community" with a potentially desirable location and a strong sense of community among its residents. However, a more detailed review from a long-term resident provides a contrasting perspective regarding the park's maintenance and management. This introduction aims to offer an objective overview of Taranto Management Associates based on the available online feedback, highlighting both its strengths and reported weaknesses for local users considering this community.
One of the most consistently praised aspects of Taranto Management Associates is its "fabulous" location. Described as a "hidden gem, in plain site," this suggests that the community benefits from a prime location that is both accessible and perhaps somewhat secluded or surprisingly pleasant given its surroundings. The wonderful nature of the people who live there is also emphasized, indicating a strong sense of community and friendly neighbors, which can significantly enhance the living experience for residents. This positive social aspect is a key draw for many seeking a mobile home community.
Adding to the allure of the location, another review mentions that Taranto Management Associates is a "Beautiful residential gated community." The gated aspect provides an added layer of security and exclusivity, which can be a significant benefit for peace of mind and a sense of privacy. The term "residential" suggests a community focused on long-term living rather than short-term stays, potentially fostering a more stable and established environment compared to some RV parks.
However, the positive feedback regarding location and residents is counterbalanced by significant concerns raised by a resident who lived in the park for over a year. This detailed review highlights several areas of disappointment, primarily concerning the maintenance and management of the property. A major issue reported is the inadequate maintenance of the park, with "building materials and debris all over the place," creating an "eyesore." This suggests a lack of attention to the aesthetic appeal and overall tidiness of the community, which can negatively impact the living experience for residents and the general ambiance of the park.
Furthermore, the long-term resident mentions "numerous holes that have been dug that have never been filled in," posing a potential safety hazard. This lack of attention to safety concerns is a serious issue that prospective residents should be aware of. The presence of an "old dilapidated mobile home that should have been removed years ago" further underscores the alleged lack of adequate maintenance and the management's apparent failure to address long-standing issues, despite reported promises to do so over several years.
The maintenance of the pool is another significant concern raised in the detailed review. The resident reports that the pool is "not adequately maintained," leading to algae growth and a visit from the board of health earlier in the summer. Poor pool maintenance can detract from the usability and enjoyment of this amenity and may also indicate broader issues with the upkeep of communal facilities within the park.
Issues with the sprinkler system are also mentioned, reportedly leading to "burned up grass" on the resident's property. This suggests a lack of attention to basic landscaping and infrastructure maintenance, which can affect the individual living spaces and the overall appearance of the community.
One intriguing observation is the presence of an "enormous clubhouse," which the reviewer feels is disproportionately large given the number of residents. This might suggest that the clubhouse is a significant amenity, potentially offering various facilities and spaces for activities. However, the reported "many, many empty lots" raises questions about the occupancy rate and the overall vibrancy of the community. The reason for these empty lots is unknown based on the review, but it could be a factor for prospective residents to consider regarding the community's stability and social dynamics.
In terms of amenities, the brief second review mentions a "pool," "hot tub," and "hall," in addition to the gated entrance. These are valuable amenities that can enhance the quality of life for residents, providing opportunities for recreation, relaxation, and social gatherings. The discrepancy between the detailed negative review (mentioning a poorly maintained pool) and the brief positive one (mentioning a pool and hot tub) highlights the importance of seeking current and comprehensive information about the state of these amenities.
Given the conflicting perspectives in the reviews, it is challenging to provide definitive promotional information. The fabulous location and the wonderful residents, along with the gated entry, pool, hot tub, and hall, could be considered promotional points. However, the serious allegations of inadequate maintenance and management raised by a long-term resident serve as significant counterpoints that potential residents must consider.
For local users searching for "mobile home parks near me" in Indialantic, Taranto Management Associates presents a community with a potentially excellent location and a friendly resident base, along with the security of a gated entrance and amenities like a pool, hot tub, and hall. However, it is crucial to be aware of the reported issues concerning park maintenance, including debris, unfilled holes, a dilapidated mobile home, poor pool upkeep, and sprinkler problems. The presence of many empty lots also warrants inquiry.
Prospective residents are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence. This should include contacting Taranto Management Associates directly using the provided phone numbers, (321) 773-8422 or +1 321-773-8422, to inquire about the current state of maintenance, the status of the reported issues, the amenities available, lot fees, and any other relevant information. A visit to the community is highly recommended to personally assess the environment, the condition of the facilities, and the overall atmosphere. Speaking with current residents, if possible, could also provide valuable insights into the day-to-day living experience at Taranto Management Associates.
In conclusion, Taranto Management Associates in Indialantic, Florida, offers a potentially attractive option due to its fabulous location, gated entry, friendly residents, and amenities like a pool, hot tub, and hall. However, significant concerns have been raised regarding the adequacy of park maintenance and management. Local users considering this community as an alternative to "RV parks near me" for long-term living must carefully weigh the reported positives against the negatives and conduct thorough personal investigation before making a decision.

Taranto Management Associates Reviews
The location is fabulous. It is a hidden gem, in plain site. The people who live here are wonderful. But that is where the wonderful ends. I have lived here for a little over a year and what a disappointment. The owner/management do not adequetely maintain the park. There is building materials and debris all over the place. It is an eyesore. There are numerous holes that have been dug that have never been filled in, and in fact are a hazard. There is an old dilapidated mobile home that should have been removed years ago, and in fact the owner promised to take care of it for YEARS, but to date is still here. The pool is not adequately maintained so there is algae in the pool and the board of health has been out once already this summer. The sprinklers do not work correctly, hence my burned up grass. There is an enormous clubhouse, but not enough people live here to warrant such a monstrosity. There are many, many empty lots and no one seems to know why. I wish I could say it is fabulous here, but unfortunately that is not the case.
