The Sanctuary RV Park Church Reviews
We have been here for over two years and bottom line, there is no other rv park like it. Lance is at the top of my list of landlords. Life gets tough sometimes and he is the kind of person that only hands out evictions when they are earned. If you show effort he will work with you.

Nov 14, 2023 · Debora OsbergOur experience with Lance was extremely horrible. Paid in advanced for a home which, wasn't ready and lady was still moving out while we waiting. He stole 150 deposit money for holding the RV when it's wasn't ready on the 2nd which, we didn't have access to it until after 2 o clock. He had no idea how the RV condition was but, wants to sell to someone with black mold and bad water damage. He would not refund the whole amount claiming it was to hold the RV to sell and he lost out when he didn't loose out on nothing because we literally walked in when the lady walked out. All he did take someone money to hold his mistake and now he claiming it's principal of standard policies and his principles. I will be turning him into HUD
Mar 03, 2024 · christy stricklandVery beautiful and clean place with excellent rates. The manager is very hard working and nice. My husband and I have both been doing short contract/long contract medical traveling for nearly 2 years now and we are so excited to take a break for a bit here!Funny all of the places that life takes us, this morning when I put my deposit down, I didn't know this was called the sanctuary, a small sign on the road stood out to my husband on a rough day. It's a good name for a good place at a good time🙂 ✌️
Jan 16, 2023 · Ami BanksI've been renting from lance for awhile now, he's always been super nice and respectful. He keeps drama out of the park and takes great care of those around him. Great guy and great place to live.
