TOWN & COUNTRY MOBILE HOME PARK Introduce
Are you searching for "RV Parks Near Me" in the Ramseur, North Carolina area? TOWN & COUNTRY MOBILE HOME PARK, located at 4550 Arrow St, Ramseur, NC 27316, USA, presents itself as a residential community that may also accommodate RV travelers seeking a longer-term stay. Situated in a specific location within Ramseur, this park offers a setting that, according to one reviewer, boasts a "nice community" and a "great place to raise children," characterized as "quiet and peaceful for the most part." This positive feedback suggests a family-friendly environment with a sense of community and tranquility, potentially appealing to those looking for a more settled RV experience.
However, it's crucial to consider all available feedback to gain a comprehensive understanding. Another review paints a starkly contrasting picture, describing the park as "nasty" with "terrible holes everywhere" in the roads. This reviewer, while stating they have never lived there, expresses a strongly negative initial impression. Such feedback highlights the importance of prospective visitors conducting their own due diligence and potentially visiting the property to assess the current conditions firsthand.
Furthermore, a detailed and concerning review raises significant issues regarding maintenance and the living conditions within some of the mobile homes. This review alleges that maintenance is "under rated" with delays in addressing repair requests. The most serious accusation involves the presence of "black mold" in a double-wide where the reviewer's daughter and grandchildren reside. The reviewer claims that instead of proper remediation, the mold was simply painted over, which is described as a "cheap and lazy way out." This individual strongly urges residents and parents to report any signs or smells of mold to the health department, especially if young children are experiencing frequent illnesses or breathing problems. The reviewer expresses concern that this might not be an isolated incident and suggests that multiple homes could be affected. These allegations, if accurate, present serious concerns regarding the health and safety of residents and potentially short-term visitors in RVs if similar conditions exist in any provided amenities or surrounding areas.
Considering the platform category "RV Parks Near Me," potential RV users might be interested in understanding the specific services and features offered at TOWN & COUNTRY MOBILE HOME PARK. While the provided reviews primarily focus on the residential aspect and raise concerns, it's important to outline what an RV park in this category typically offers. Standard amenities often include:
- Spacious RV Sites: These are designated areas for parking recreational vehicles, which can vary in size to accommodate different types of RVs.
- Utility Hookups: Essential connections for water, electricity (various amperage options like 30 and 50 amp), and sewer are usually provided at each site.
- Water and Sewer Services: Reliable access to fresh water for drinking and sanitation, along with proper disposal of wastewater.
- Electrical Power: Consistent and safe electrical connections to power the appliances and systems within the RV.
- Dump Station: A designated area for RV owners to empty their holding tanks in a sanitary manner, which might be available at individual sites or at a central location.
- Restroom and Shower Facilities: Clean and well-maintained communal restrooms and showers are often a standard offering.
- Laundry Facilities: Coin-operated or card-operated washing machines and dryers for guests' convenience.
- Wi-Fi Access: Many RV parks offer internet connectivity, either free or for a fee.
- Recreational Amenities: Depending on the park, these can include swimming pools, playgrounds, clubhouses, picnic areas, and more.
- Security: Measures to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
- On-site Management: Staff available to assist with check-in, inquiries, and any issues that may arise.
Given the mixed reviews, it is difficult to definitively state which of these services are currently offered and maintained to a high standard at TOWN & COUNTRY MOBILE HOME PARK. The positive review mentions a "nice community," which could suggest a welcoming atmosphere among residents. However, the negative reviews raise serious questions about the overall condition of the property and the responsiveness of maintenance.
For local users searching for "RV Parks Near Me" and considering TOWN & COUNTRY MOBILE HOME PARK, it is strongly recommended to:
- Contact the management directly: Inquire about the availability of RV sites, the types of hookups offered, the rates for short-term or long-term stays, and the specific amenities available to RV guests.
- Request recent photos or videos of the RV area and facilities: This can provide a more up-to-date visual representation of the park's condition.
- If possible, visit the property in person: A personal visit would allow you to assess the environment, the condition of the roads and grounds, and any visible amenities.
- Inquire about their policies regarding maintenance and safety: Understanding their procedures for addressing issues is crucial.
- Seek additional recent reviews or testimonials from RVers specifically: The existing reviews primarily focus on the mobile home aspect of the park.
It is important to note that the information available online presents a polarized view of TOWN & COUNTRY MOBILE HOME PARK. While one perspective highlights a pleasant community, another raises significant concerns about the park's condition and maintenance practices. Therefore, local users should approach this option with caution and conduct thorough personal research before making any decisions regarding a stay.
Regarding promotional information, none was explicitly provided in the given data. Typically, RV parks might promote special rates for extended stays, seasonal discounts, or highlight unique amenities. Without such information, it's impossible to include specific promotional details for TOWN & COUNTRY MOBILE HOME PARK.
In conclusion, TOWN & COUNTRY MOBILE HOME PARK, located in Ramseur, NC, is presented as a community that has been described as "nice" and "peaceful" by one reviewer. However, other feedback raises serious concerns about the overall condition of the park, particularly the roads, and alleges significant issues with maintenance, including the improper handling of potential mold problems in some of the mobile homes. For local users seeking "RV Parks Near Me," it is imperative to gather more information directly from the management and, if feasible, conduct a personal visit to assess whether this park meets their needs and expectations for a comfortable and safe RV stay. The stark contrast in the available reviews underscores the importance of thorough investigation before choosing this location.

TOWN & COUNTRY MOBILE HOME PARK Reviews
Nice community, great place to raise children. Quite and peaceful for the most part. I have no negtive feedback from here to give
Feb 10, 2019 · B GIt's nasty and the roads are terrible holes everywhere...and no, I have never lived there..it just sucks.Maintenance also is under rated can't get anything fixed without begging for weeks, my Daughter and three very young grandchildren lives in a Double wide there and has complained about black mold all in the home, Maintenance just painted over it..and that is the cheap and the lazy way out..all of those homes need to be inspected by the health department but i know that's not going to happen until a child dies from it..Just saying, that one Double wide I am sure is not the only one that has black mold growing in the walls..you can actually smell it.. people and parents need to stick together and report this, if you smell it or see it..especially if your young children stay sick alot and have problems breathing when you know it hasn't been a problem..contact health department and stay on them everyday, as I am for my Daughter and children..Numbers can move mountains..Sincerely, concerndGrandfather. Oct 25, 2023 · Jeff UnderwoodTrailer almost caught on fire twice for same issue. Fire fighter states he had been to that same location many times for same issue. Told them there was a leak in the pipes several times, water department confirmed, nothing ever done about it. Trailers are roach, termite and ant infected...called landlord and was told it was my responsibility. No words at all for manager...will never live in that dump again...great neighbors though!

Jun 01, 2019 · HADDEN VLADAMIR III (COUNT DRACULA)Rent is to high ,too many rules and how they operate business is really unfair for people that's medium wage or thats on disability or just looking to find a fresh start they take people money by wanting people to put a deposit down on a mobile home that's not guaranteed to you..... because you're not the only one that drop a deposit down for the same mobile home... so you've lost deposit money that could potentially help pay for a home some where else..
