Tri City Mobile Estates Introduce
If you are exploring housing options in Myrtle Creek, Oregon, and your search for "RV parks near me" has broadened to include mobile home parks, Tri City Mobile Estates, located at 105 Rosalee Ln, Myrtle Creek, OR 97457, USA, is one community that may appear. They can be contacted at (541) 863-3859 or their mobile number +1 541-863-3859 for inquiries. However, it is critical to carefully consider the information available from customer reviews before making any decisions regarding residency at this location. The feedback from residents paints a concerning picture of the park's management and living conditions.
One reviewer expresses extreme dissatisfaction, stating, "If I could give these slumlords a negative star review I would!" This immediately signals a high level of discontent. The review goes on to detail several significant issues, including a perceived "lack of respect" for tenants and "negligence when it comes to maintenance." Furthermore, this resident highlights concerns about the safety and well-being of children living in the park, noting that they have "no safe place to be children and play." The reviewer even mentions offering to get playground equipment donated, suggesting a lack of suitable recreational facilities for children, but implies that this offer was not adequately addressed due to inconsistent rule enforcement ("Rules apply to some and not all"). The experience of "harassment almost daily with police phone calls for noise at 2:30 in the afternoon" is also reported, painting a picture of a tense and unpleasant living environment. The reviewer concludes with a strong statement: "Bottom line, it is not a happy place to live."
Another review comes from individuals who have lived at Tri City Mobile Estates for "17 years plus," providing a long-term perspective. While acknowledging that "managers have come and gone," they describe the "present Slumlords" as "the worst!" This long-term resident echoes the sentiment of neglect and disrespect, stating that "the owner doesn't care one bit how we the homeowners are treated as long as they are making MONEY!" A specific issue mentioned is the installation of "HUGE SPEEDBUMPS PUT IN" that are allegedly "damaging vehicles." The strength of their negative feelings is evident in their statement, "If we could leave we would. WE LOVE OREGON, however, we don't care for being constantly screwd with!!!" They also indicate that if a rating lower than one star were possible, they would give it.
Considering these two reviews, the environment of Tri City Mobile Estates appears to be far from ideal for many residents. The term "slumlords" used by both reviewers is a severe indictment of the management, suggesting a lack of care for the property and the well-being of the tenants. The reported negligence in maintenance implies that the physical condition of the park may be poor, potentially leading to safety hazards and a diminished quality of life. The lack of a safe play area for children is a significant concern for families considering this community. The alleged inconsistent rule enforcement and frequent police calls for noise during the day further contribute to an unstable and unpleasant living environment.
Information regarding specific services and features within Tri City Mobile Estates is limited in the provided reviews. However, based on the negative feedback, it can be inferred that essential services such as maintenance are not being adequately provided. The mention of damaging speedbumps suggests that infrastructure decisions might be made without proper consideration for residents. The lack of a safe play area implies a deficiency in recreational facilities. While basic utilities like water, sewer, and electricity are likely provided to each mobile home lot, the overall management and upkeep of the park seem to be severely lacking according to these accounts.
Promotional information is entirely absent, and the strong negative sentiments expressed in the reviews serve as a significant warning to potential residents. There are no positive aspects highlighted that could be considered promotional. In fact, the consistent use of highly critical language ("slumlords," "negligence," "not a happy place to live," "constantly screwd with") strongly advises against considering Tri City Mobile Estates as a desirable living option without significant improvements in management and maintenance.
Given the severity of the allegations in these reviews, any potential resident considering Tri City Mobile Estates, perhaps as an alternative found while searching for "RV parks near me" for long-term stays, should exercise extreme caution. It would be essential to conduct thorough independent investigations, including visiting the property, speaking with current residents (if possible, beyond those who have left reviews), and assessing the actual conditions and management practices firsthand. Relying solely on the information from these reviews suggests a high risk of dissatisfaction and potential negative living experiences.
It is important to note that these reviews represent the experiences and opinions of specific individuals and may not reflect the views of all residents. However, the consistency and strength of the negative feedback raise serious red flags that cannot be ignored. Potential residents should weigh these concerns heavily against any perceived benefits of the location or cost, and thoroughly research alternative mobile home parks or "RV parks near me" in the Myrtle Creek area before making any commitments to Tri City Mobile Estates.
In conclusion, the available customer reviews for Tri City Mobile Estates in Myrtle Creek, Oregon, paint a very negative picture of the park, characterized by allegations of disrespectful and negligent management, poor maintenance, a lack of safe play areas for children, inconsistent rule enforcement, and a generally unhappy living environment. Potential residents should be extremely cautious and are strongly advised to conduct thorough due diligence and explore other housing options in the area before considering Tri City Mobile Estates.

Tri City Mobile Estates Reviews
If I could give these slumlords a negative star review I would! It’s not just the lack of respect they have for their tenants, but the negligence when it comes to maintenance, or the children who live there having no safe place to be children and play. Even when I offered to get playground equipment donated. Rules apply to some and not all. Harassment almost daily with police phone calls for noise at 2:30 in the afternoon. The list goes on and on. Bottom line, it is not a happy place to live.
Jun 04, 2022 · Courtney PariseWe have lived at Tri-City Mobile estates for 17 years plus. Managers have come and gone. These present Slumlords are the worst! The owner doesn't care one bit how we the homeowners are treated as long as they are making MONEY! HUGE SPEEDBUMPS PUT IN. Damaging vehicles. If we could leave we would. WE LOVE OREGON, however, we don't care for being constantly screwd with!!! F.Y.I ya'll, If there was less than 1, they would get it.
Apr 11, 2024 · GODS ApostleIn 2018, I asked the manager to please not put the speedbumps in crooked. My husband and I are both disabled. The manager laughed in my face and said, "you are going to hate us." The speedbumps were put in diagonally and approx. 4 inches tall and approx. 18" wide. We have the added pleasure of having (8) eight speedbumps. Over 3k in damages to one vehicle. The owner refuses to confer with us because why should they? Not once in 17+ years have they done anything to the driveways, which are sinking...old drive in.
Apr 11, 2024 · Darwins MonkeyWorst place I ever lived. I'd sell it if I could, but when you own your home in here, they don't seem to want to let you. Most owners I have spoken with claim that they will probably harass you until you abandon your property.
Apr 05, 2024 · James PowersThis park is trailer trash. Landlords do not do maintenance! They will lie to you! So many old trailers with mold, possums, and nothing done to repair it unless you do it. No lie here, I watched it happen. Bad place to live!
