Apr 06, 2024 · Deanna LewisLast minute. we needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks while electricity was being added to our new home. Jimmy got back to us the same day and had a spot for us and our trailer. Super friendly and accommodating and the campground was quiet and had great views of Lake Juniper. Will always go back.
Oct 25, 2023 · Tina DettlaffMy granddaughter and I just spent 3 nights here. The park is small and beautiful. The grounds are manicured with each site having plants, trees and ours had flowers. The bath house was exceptionally clean. The lake and the sunsets are beautiful!!! Ms Lola was so helpful and nice. She made sure we were settled and comfortable. Great place near local springs.
Jun 06, 2016 · Kathy RicheThis campground has been an unexpected surprise as it is small and most guests are longer term. When I called to make a reservation a few days before my need the manager was very helpful and friendly. She had one available spot for my weeks stay and it was all set... She called me later that day to say that the agreed upon spot was unfortunately not going to available. I was disappointed but understood. She then told me that she had another vacancy for me as the previous travelers had left that morning. This new spot was on the edge of the campground, was a pull through, and offered me a lake side location and much privacy. The campground is quiet; the nearby restrooms and showers are spotlessly clean with ample hot water; very rustic little place with tall southern pines throughout; good cell phone coverage; shopping within 6 miles for supplies; the grounds are well kept and neat. This spot did not have a sewer hookup but did have good water and electric hookups and with the shower so near it has not been an inconvenience with no sewer hookup. Nice place and it will go in my list of favorites.
Dec 31, 2018 · Kirk ThompsonSpent a few nights there in October. Haven't had a chance to make a post yet.It was the friendliest place I have ever been. The area was packed, and the owner or caretaker, was kind enough to get me a spot and make sure I was properly situated. The lake was fabulous and I enjoyed a full day of kayaking. Going back as soon as I can!!!
