City Lake Camper and RV Camp Reviews
Only electric has its challenges but having a bury faucet with great clean water made it happen. Would have loved to travel those trails!
Nov 17, 2022 · Nathan SumnersI've fished here before not sure about timing for good bites. Not much fish pretty sure was bad timing , but the atmosphere has been pretty good every time. Caming has been good so far. Bringing the kids next time for sure.
Jun 08, 2024 · Deanna BrociousCamped here during a cross-country bicycle tour. Conveniently located near the Rock Island Spur/Katy trails. The campground is nice - two port-a-potties, each site has a picnic table, nightly rate is decent. The sites are a bit close together, but the field allows you to tent further out, if you wish. The night we stayed, there was a storm, which we waited out underneath the pavilion by the water.
Nov 21, 2021 · Karen RichtersThis is a GREAT place to camp. No showers, porta toilets (but usualy clean). Locals pay 12$/none res 17$. This is my goto camp site. Quit, phill police patrolls on regular basis. Love the scenery.....good fishing. Will be 5 star with showers/running toilets OR free camping.....Update.....$20 for residents now....bond issue passed so running water and a shower house is promised....see if they keep thier word. Still my favorite camp ground.
