Holiday Camplands Association Introduce
For local residents seeking a unique "camping near me" experience within a private, family-oriented community, Holiday Camplands Association, located at 4273 Pymatuning Lake Rd #827, Andover, OH 44003, USA, presents an exclusive option. Situated in the vicinity of Pymatuning Lake, this association offers a range of amenities and a secure environment for RV glamping and traditional camping. However, it is crucial to note, based on recent customer feedback, that access to Holiday Camplands Association is restricted to members and their authorized guests. Unsolicited visits without prior appointment or permission from a resident are not permitted.
The environment within Holiday Camplands Association appears to be highly valued by its members. Located near the scenic Pymatuning Lake, residents and their guests can likely enjoy the natural beauty and recreational opportunities associated with this large body of water. While the specific lake access points and amenities offered by the association are not detailed, the mention of "gorgeous lake frontage sites" suggests premium locations with direct or very close access to the lake. The grounds themselves are described as "paved everywhere," indicating well-maintained infrastructure and ease of movement within the community, particularly for RVs and for enjoying activities around the campground.
Holiday Camplands Association seems to emphasize a family-friendly atmosphere, as highlighted by a positive review stating, "Great family-oriented RV glamping and camping!!!!" This suggests that the community fosters a welcoming environment for families with children, potentially offering amenities and activities geared towards younger campers. The mention of an "awesome outdoor heated swimming pool" is a significant feature, providing a recreational option for all ages to enjoy during the warmer months. The "paved everywhere" aspect not only aids in mobility but also contributes to a clean and organized appearance of the camplands.
Security appears to be a priority at Holiday Camplands Association, with a "secure entrance with excellent staff" mentioned in one of the reviews. This focus on security likely provides peace of mind for members and their guests, contributing to a relaxed and safe camping experience. The positive feedback regarding the staff suggests a well-managed community with helpful and attentive personnel.
A notable feature of Holiday Camplands Association is the implementation of a "quiet hour at 11 pm," which is appreciated by at least one reviewer for contributing to a peaceful and restful environment during the night. This consideration for noise levels ensures that all members and guests can enjoy a tranquil camping experience.
Intriguingly, one review mentions the fun of driving around and checking out all the "new tiny homes going in!!!!" This suggests a potential trend or development within the association towards incorporating tiny homes as part of the camping or glamping options. This could indicate a diversification of accommodation styles and potentially attract individuals interested in a more permanent or semi-permanent presence within the community.
Based on the negative review, it is imperative for local users to understand that Holiday Camplands Association operates as a private community. Access is strictly controlled, and unsolicited visits are not welcome. Individuals interested in experiencing Holiday Camplands Association would likely need to be either a member, have a direct invitation from a member, or have a scheduled appointment with a seller if they are considering purchasing property or membership within the association. Simply driving onto the property without authorization is likely to result in being asked to leave immediately.
Given its private nature, traditional "services" offered to the general public at typical campgrounds may not be directly applicable here. Instead, the association likely provides services and amenities for its members, which could include maintenance of the paved roads, upkeep of the swimming pool, security services at the entrance, and potentially organized community events or activities. The "excellent staff" mentioned likely caters to the needs of the members and residents within the camplands.
The primary feature of Holiday Camplands Association is its exclusivity and the sense of community it offers to its members. The amenities such as the heated pool, paved infrastructure, secure entrance, and the potential for lakefront sites contribute to a desirable living and recreational environment for those who are part of the association. The ongoing development of tiny homes suggests a dynamic and evolving community that may offer diverse living options in the future.
Promotional information in the traditional sense is not really applicable here, as it is a private association rather than a public campground seeking general bookings. However, for local residents who might be interested in becoming members or purchasing property within Holiday Camplands Association, contacting the provided phone numbers, (440) 293-7116 or +1 440-293-7116, would be the necessary first step. They could inquire about membership details, property availability, and the process for joining the community. It is essential to do this prior to attempting to visit the location to avoid any negative experiences as highlighted in the cautionary review.
In conclusion, Holiday Camplands Association in Andover, OH, offers a private and family-oriented RV glamping and camping experience with attractive amenities such as a heated pool and potentially lakefront sites. The community emphasizes security and quiet enjoyment for its members. However, it is critical for local users to understand that this is not a public campground, and access is restricted to members and their authorized guests. Individuals interested in learning more about membership or property ownership should contact the association directly via phone. For those seeking general "camping near me" options open to the public, alternative campgrounds in the Pymatuning Lake area would be more suitable.

May 26, 2024 · Kris A Clemence-LucasSad to say but do not even try to drive into this place if you don't have an appointment with a seller or permission exclusively from the resident. It's not public at all and they can be rather aggressive about informing you of that and telling you to immediately turn around and leave. Other than that, it probably shouldn't even have a public review option because it's not public at all.
Dec 11, 2024 · Nicholas CrimaldiAbsolutely breath taking homes here. The atmosphere is amazing. The people are just so welcoming. You will not believe that these are CAMPERS, they look like luxurious HOMES! There's an event practly every weekend and there's something for everyone at every age. This place is a home away from home.
Aug 18, 2018 · Google UserI love Holiday camplands. Friendly to kids and adults, golf carting, and the pools, dances on weekends. Always clean and not a lot of loud noises.
Sep 28, 2024 · Step N FetchWhat can I say. It's our happy place. It's a gated community with every thing you could ask for. You literally do not have to leave for anything. Everyone owns there own property and you meet so many new families that we all just become one big one. There is no place we could ever think of going other than this place here.
