Hunter station golf club Introduce
For local users exploring the "camping near me" category and seeking a distinctive lodging option, Hunter Station Golf Club, located at 1723 Hunter Station Road, Tionesta, PA 16353, USA, offers the possibility of cabin accommodations in addition to its well-regarded golf course. While the provided reviews primarily focus on the golf course and the on-site restaurant, the mention of "awesome view from home number 7" suggests the presence of rentable cabins or homes with scenic overlooks of the golf course and potentially the surrounding natural landscape of Tionesta, Pennsylvania.
The environment surrounding Hunter Station Golf Club is likely characterized by the rolling greens and fairways of the golf course itself, integrated within the broader natural setting of Tionesta. This region of Pennsylvania is known for its forests, rivers (including the Allegheny River), and hilly terrain. Guests staying in cabins at Hunter Station Golf Club might expect to enjoy views of the manicured golf course, as well as the adjacent woodlands and potentially distant vistas, depending on the cabin's specific location. The atmosphere could be one of peaceful recreation, combining the tranquility of a natural setting with the activity of a golf resort.
Given that the primary focus of the reviews is not on the cabin accommodations, specific details regarding the services and features of these cabins are limited. However, based on the address being a golf club, it can be inferred that the primary amenity is access to the golf course. For those interested in a stay that combines golfing with cabin lodging, Hunter Station Golf Club could be an appealing option. The "awesome view from home number 7" suggests that at least some of the accommodations offer scenic vantage points, potentially enhancing the stay.
Beyond the golf course, typical features of cabin rentals might include sleeping arrangements (number of beds, types), bathroom facilities (private or shared), and potentially a kitchenette or cooking area. The level of amenities can vary greatly, from basic rustic cabins to more equipped homes with full kitchens and living areas. Without further information, it is impossible to determine the specific services offered within the cabins at Hunter Station Golf Club. Local users would need to seek out additional details, possibly through the golf club's website or by contacting them directly.
One of the provided reviews pertains to the on-site restaurant and describes a negative experience with raw shrimp and mediocre food. While this review does not directly reflect the quality of the cabin accommodations, it is something for potential guests to be aware of if they plan to dine at the restaurant during their stay. However, it is important to separate the dining experience from the lodging itself.
The second review offers positive feedback about the golf course, describing it as "awesome." This is a significant feature for golf enthusiasts who might be interested in staying in a cabin at the club, allowing for convenient access to the course. The combination of accommodation and a recreational activity like golf can be a key draw for certain travelers.
As the reviews do not provide comprehensive information about the cabins, it is difficult to detail all potential features. However, based on the context of a golf club offering lodging, additional amenities might include access to club facilities (if applicable to cabin guests), parking, and potentially outdoor spaces associated with the cabins. The level of privacy and the specific setting of the cabins (e.g., secluded in the woods or overlooking the course) would also be important details for interested local users to ascertain.
Currently, there is no promotional information available for cabin rentals at Hunter Station Golf Club based on the provided reviews. Local users interested in booking a cabin, inquiring about rates, or seeking any special offers should contact the golf club directly at (814) 755-7777 or +1 814-755-7777. Their staff would be able to provide details on the types of cabins available, their amenities, pricing, and any current promotions or packages that might include golf and accommodation.
In conclusion, for local users exploring the "camping near me" category and seeking a unique stay that potentially combines accommodation with access to a golf course, Hunter Station Golf Club in Tionesta, PA, presents an interesting option. The mention of scenic views from at least one of the "homes" suggests that the lodging could offer a pleasant environment. However, due to the limited information in the provided reviews regarding the cabins themselves, local users are strongly encouraged to conduct further research. Contacting Hunter Station Golf Club directly for details about their cabin accommodations, including amenities, pricing, and availability, will be essential in determining if this location meets their needs for a local getaway that offers more than just a traditional campground experience.

Hunter station golf club Reviews
This review is for the restaurant. All I really have to say is that the shrimp was served to us completely raw, it was still grey!! I had already eaten one before I noticed it was raw, therefore I was sick the next day. The rest of the food was mediocre at best, and the service was just ok.We did not get a chance to tell the server about the shrimp before she delivered our dinners to the table. At that point she asked if we wanted her to drop it into hot water for a few minutes. By that time we were grossed out by the shrimp, plus our food was there, so why bother? She did take the shrimp off the bill at least.
