Hutchinson Family Farms Reviews
Stayed for the weekend for the first time. It's a cute little farm with camping areas and a couple of cabins. They have a bathroom with a shower ($2) and an outhouse. Camping was $15 a night per tent. Which is awesome compared to other camping places. There is also a river right next to it, so it's quite a beautiful spot.
Jun 10, 2024 · Drea BDixie and Tim were every accommodating. I love this quiet and beautiful location. It was very convenient having a canoe landing right at camp, they also offer in season shuttle service up the river (2, 4 or 6 hour float times) and canoe / kayak rentals. Dog friendly! Restroom and Shower on site.
Aug 26, 2022 · Nick Meyerwe took a group of teenagers out here for a couple days of camping and canoeing. we had a blast. the campground's location is great, right next to the river and a cool bridge, and there is plenty of wide open, mowed space to spread out and have fun. at this campground you have access to a clean, modern bathroom which we thought was great! we rented a trailer-full of canoes and kayaks for the long (6-hour paddle) river trip. they were very accommodating with the shuttle and the equipment was good. the river was awesome - we spent 8 hours out there - and we felt like champions when we were done. The campground and management were relaxed and enjoyable.
Jul 28, 2017 · Joel NielsenVery friendly family. Cabin was adorable. Nature/sight seeing on the river is amazing. Not a glamp site, but far from rough camping. Almost no mosquitos, but a lot of flys.
Aug 15, 2019 · Jason WeatherleyHubby and I only had one night at the farm but we enjoyed it very much. Fishing the river right next to camp and the big bright starry view at night was our favorite part. Bathrooms were very nice and they offer a lot of amenities we didn’t have time to utilize. Will definitely be back with the kiddo for a longer stay.
