Jun 01, 2024 · Tracy ReichAnother year and they get better and better! A few more rules, but I am sure they were created because idiots don't know how to respect people, property and a place of business. With that said, WE LOVE THIS PLACE AND EVERYONE RUNNING IT!Greatest camp ground! Not so much for the amenities, but more so the people that stay and run the place. You've got a great Lazy River to cool your feet off In The Heat Of Summer. They set up multiple trips into different parts of the town and trails in Adventures. I look forward to being there every year.
Jun 28, 2024 · Lance MeffordAwesome spot right at the sand dunes. Very clean and spacious. We parked our 35-foot 5th wheel in the dry camping area, which was right along a canal and some mature trees. The fee was $35 a night. Check-in was a breeze. We arrived late, but the sign said late arrivals in dry camping can just set up and check-in in the morning. The camp host I talked to at the office was super friendly and helpful. No RV dump station for dry camping, but they do have big dumpsters for trash. Internet speed was good during the week but really bogged down once more people arrived for the weekend. They have bathrooms and showers by the office. Showers are $4 for 12 minutes. Bonus, there was a food truck parked by the office/park where some people from my group grabbed breakfast burritos. 15 minutes from town if you need to run to the grocery store or anything.
Jun 10, 2023 · Amber DeschampsHad an amazing experience here! Spent a good amount of time enjoying everything, and the staff was excellent. If you have the chance, ask for Garrett—he truly made the experience special for us.
Feb 12, 2025 · Derek AdamsThe owners are great and very helpful. They have an on site mini store, and helicopter tours. They also have a playground and a small river for the kids to play in. They have nice restrooms and showers that you can pay for. Just make sure you bring quarters to pay for the shower. It is a very dog friendly campground. They have full hookups, partial hookups and dry camping. This is family owned and operated and we love this place!
