We really enjoyed our short stay at Lake Heron Retreat. It truly is a retreat from a busy life. It's a quiet spot with a beautiful little lake and a nice walking trail around it. We also enjoyed a canoe trip out on the lake. It was just a peaceful place to get away from the hustle of life. We stayed in our camper and since school had already started there weren't many people around. Would definitely consider visiting this campground again. Thank you for providing this restful retreat. - Chris Simpson

The private lake at Lake Heron Retreat is a significant feature, offering more than just scenic views. It provides opportunities for swimming, allowing guests to cool off and enjoy the refreshing water.
