N. Bend State Park Campgrounds Reviews
Overall a nice campground. I was tent camping and chose a site with electricity and water. While most others in the area had RV's, I did see a few other tent campers in the "River Run" location. The sites are large and shaded. If you choose a site without electricity and water, the sites will be sunnier and a farther walk to the bath house. The bath house was sufficient. Everything worked and it was regularly cleaned. It was quiet at night without traffic noise.
Jul 25, 2022 · Moses ZacharewiczNo sewage but does have 50 amp, water, and BIG paved lots. Also dump station at the entrance. Bath houses are big and nice. Laundry area is 2 washers 2 driers, they take quater. I had cell phone service the whole time (verizon). Nice paved roads. Beautiful sunsets
Jan 04, 2019 · L DOur experience was trouble. We were charged 349.98 for the New Year Eve package. The food was terrible. Half cooked prime rib over cooked tasteless chicken . All of it was cold. Had to ask for water several times. Very unorganized. Room for nice but bugs in the room. Band was late getting started and they were also terrible. I addressed this to the manager. It definitely wasn't worth what people were charged. I can honestly say I will never be back. I asked for a refund with no reply back.
Jan 01, 2024 · Faith BuzzelliAs a tent camper, I was disappointed by this camp ground. The camp sites had very little tree cover, they were close together, the bathrooms were a bit far away, and the park’s sewage plant was noisy at night. It seemed like a nice place for families with kids, but it was disappointing for me. It was nice that there was some good hiking directly from the camp site!
Jun 25, 2022 · Renee Corbett ReddigWe actually stayed in a cabin which is on a ridge above the campgrounds. Cabins are quiet and isolated. If you're looking for total solitude, this is the place. Cedar cabins are rock solid. I understand they're doing upgrades on the interiors, and that's a good thing, because they need it.
