Province Shore Campground by Modern America Campgrounds Reviews
We met Rachael yesterday and it was a hard choice between which two seasonal camping areas we wanted to reserve. The ONLY reason we did not chose Province is due to the location. The location would be perfect for a short stay over the weekend but without dependable cell phone reception and the dirt roads being rough on my car, ARE THE ONLY reasons why we chose the other location. We LOVED the lake beach, the staff, and the openness of moving our camping in and out of any of the available spots. If we were retired we would have chosen this location but we still have too many years before we can do that.
May 15, 2024 · Victoria PerezWe are on our 8th season here. We love it. It’s a small campground and we know everyone here. The campers all help each other and we are like family. We have a great beach too!
Sep 20, 2024 · Chris GiffordI'm was on the fence at first.... But no response from manegment and the campground needing some investment and concern from ownership leave me nothing but sceptical. There are some decent campers with well mannered children here and some with attitudes and rude children. Hope that was just opening week 🙏....... After 30+ days waiting for a response for a boat slip I'm giving up. We've emailed 3 times with a response saying there was one, we requested the invoice so we could pay as we did with our site and have received no response. There appears to be no functional manegment and it would appear the owners are not very concerned with this location. I really wanted to like this place, but a lack of caring and concern make it nearly impossible
Jul 06, 2024 · Lance ThebodeauThere's a reason why this campground on the lake doesn't have a waiting list anymore. The new owners raised the rates and demolished the camp office and rec hall. There are no security gates and few activities so it's more like a trailer park than a campground. Great seasonal campers still there though.
Sep 02, 2023 · Stephanie HootonNo camping by the night any more. Seasonal only. Reasonable priced for the season
