Mar 08, 2025 · Michael ShafferIt’s a small campground under huge beautiful oak and hickory trees. Sites are available on the canal side as well as the river bend. We are in site 36 and it’s fantastic! We have our own dock/deck over the Suwannee River complete with two rocking chairs. There are interior sites that are less, without decks but they can access the larger decks and boat ramp. ThePark has a paddle boat available for campers to use in the river bend for no cost. I have enjoyed just sitting on our deck admiring the beautiful view! The people here are very friendly and helpful. The park has new owners and they have really turned it into a beautiful place. Bring your kayaks or boats so you can enjoy nature’s famous Suwannee River.
Nov 25, 2024 · sherri JacksonWe have been traveling in our motorhome the past 5 weeks from AZ. I booked for only 1 night as we make our way south to Venice Fl, both my wife and I said this was one of our probably our favorite RV parks this trip. The staff were so kind, polite and thoughtful and our site had a great view of the water! Even though they said there was a couple of Alligators small ones in the water we didn't see any which was disappointing cause we still haven't seen an alligator in the wild yet! Don't make the same mistake we did, book at least several days you won't regret it!
Dec 16, 2024 · Mark DeWolfI absolutely loved our stay there. Sites are large and shaded. The cost was half what I would have paid for staying there. The facilities we fantastic! We had a site with a deck overlooking the Suwannee River!! Beautiful!
