The shower and bathroom facilities are described as "older but clean," indicating that while they might not be modern, they are well-maintained. Additionally, the campground offers "roomy sites" and "lots of walking areas," catering to both RV campers and those who enjoy exploring on foot.

Tomoka State Park Campground Reviews
Excellent campground. Very quiet. Sand road is a bit snug & curvy in parts of the loop but I have a mid sized 5th wheel. Lots of access to the river. Excellent store (the outpost). Lots of planned activities. Kayak rental on property. No sewer but my site had 50 amp. Only the handicap access sites have paved sites. Picnic tables & fire pits. Older but clean shower/bathrooms. Lots of shade. Close access to grocery, other shopping & nice restaurants.

Feb 10, 2025 · Amy Del PreteGreat campground! Wonderful staff. From the people who work there or volunteer they all work hard and do there jobs and are very friendly. The place is kept very clean from the grounds to the bathrooms. The Outpost or country store there has everything else you need or that you forgot at home and you can even rent kayaks or canoes. All the people at the store are very friendly as well as helpful and even told me a lot about the area Just a beautiful area to fish and explore!
Jul 10, 2024 · Kelly WeikmanTrees very low (touching top and upper right lightly)1/2 a mile approaching the entrance. The 3 to 4 miles on Beach road is cleared nicely due to trimming by Milton. Yay!Sand sites. Level. My favorite campground because it literally feels like Jurassic Park. Little ones will be convinced! 😁
Dec 03, 2024 · InKatseyesThere’s no beach. Outpost was over a mile away. Beach was a small 15 wide walk with a picnic table stuck in the muck. There Easter kayakers there for some tow odd convention. The showers were the best thing.
