Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort Introduce
When you search for "camping near me" and dream of waking up to the sound of ocean waves, Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort, located at 2815 N Ocean Shore Blvd, Flagler Beach, FL 32136, USA, might appear as a tempting option. This beachfront campground offers direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. To provide local users with a detailed and objective introduction, we need to consider the experiences shared by recent visitors. The reviews highlight both the positives, such as friendly staff and beachfront access, and potential negatives, like neighborly disputes and the condition of some facilities. You can contact Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort at (386) 439-3111 or +1 386-439-3111 for more information or to make reservations.
The environment of Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort is undoubtedly its prime feature: direct access to a beach with "plenty of room for everyone." Imagine camping just steps away from the ocean, enjoying sunrises right from your campsite if you're located on the boardwalk. The sound of waves crashing on the beach is noted as a peaceful backdrop by one reviewer, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. Flagler Beach itself is known for its beautiful coastline, and this RV resort capitalizes on that natural appeal. However, one review also hints at potential noise from neighboring campers, which could impact the overall tranquility of the environment depending on the fellow guests during your stay.
In terms of services and features, the feedback provides a mixed view. On the positive side, multiple reviewers praised the staff, describing them as "amazing," "friendly," "helpful," and great at answering questions. The resort also seems to have a store that stocks essential items, described as having "a little bit of everything" and "just what we needed." For basic necessities, clean laundry facilities, bathrooms, and showers with "plenty of hot water and water pressure" were also mentioned as positives in one review. However, another reviewer noted that the "shower houses could use updating," indicating that while functional, these facilities might not be the most modern. The resort offers campsites right on the boardwalk, which are highly valued for the ocean views. The mention of an older couple with a "fenced" campsite for their dogs suggests that pets are allowed, although this was also a point of contention with a neighboring camper regarding campsite boundaries and noise levels. The closure of any on-site dining or other recreational amenities is not mentioned in these reviews, so we can assume the focus is primarily on the beachfront camping experience and basic facilities.
Considering the category "camping near me," Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort offers a unique draw: beachfront camping. For local users in Florida or those visiting the area, the opportunity to camp so close to the ocean is a significant advantage. You can enjoy beach activities, the sounds and sights of the sea, and the convenience of having your campsite nearby. However, potential downsides, as highlighted by the reviews, include the possibility of disruptive neighbors and the need for updates to some of the facilities, particularly the shower houses. The price point was also mentioned as seeming "a bit high" by one reviewer, suggesting that the cost might be a factor to consider relative to the overall experience.
The promotional aspect is somewhat implicit in the description of beachfront camping and the positive comments about the staff and store. The allure of waking up by the ocean and having friendly, helpful service is a definite draw. However, the negative experiences with other campers and the condition of the shower houses temper this appeal. There is no specific promotional offer mentioned in the provided text.
For local users searching for "camping near me" in the Flagler Beach area who prioritize direct beach access and friendly staff, Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort is worth considering. The sound of the ocean and the convenience of being steps from the sand are significant perks. However, it's also important to be aware of the potential for noise from other campers and the fact that some facilities might be in need of updating. Weighing these factors against the desire for a beachfront camping experience will help in making an informed decision.
In summary, Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort in Flagler Beach, FL, offers a unique beachfront camping experience with friendly and helpful staff, a convenient store, and clean laundry, bathrooms, and showers (though the latter may need updating). Campsites on the boardwalk offer beautiful ocean views. Potential drawbacks include the possibility of disruptive neighbors and a price point that some may find high. For those prioritizing oceanfront camping, the positives might outweigh the negatives. Contact them at (386) 439-3111 for more details.
If you're a local user looking for "camping near me" and the idea of camping right on the beach in Flagler Beach appeals to you, Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort is an option to explore. Consider the value of beachfront access and the positive feedback about the staff against the potential for neighbor issues and the condition of some facilities. Calling them directly can provide more insight into current conditions and availability.
For your search of "camping near me" in the Flagler Beach area, Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort offers the distinct advantage of oceanfront camping. While the reviews highlight friendly staff and the beauty of the location, they also point out potential issues with fellow campers and the need for facility updates. Weigh these aspects to determine if this beachfront RV resort aligns with your camping preferences.

Beverly Beach Camptown RV Resort Reviews
This was our anniversary trip and we thought camping by the beach seemed perfect!!! We discovered this beach campground and made reservations. I want to start by saying ALL of the staff we encountered during our 4 day stay were amazing! Everyone was friendly, helpful and great at answering questions. It was a good beach, plenty of room for everyone. The biggest drawback to camping here, is the rude Yankees who come down and are rude and have no respect for others. They definitely need camping etiquette lessons!!! The older couple next to us had 2 dogs and had their campsite "fenced" for them. When their kids and grandchildren arrived to stay in the cabin across the street, it becomes very loud!! We try to ignore them. Every time they go out of their fence, they walk through my camp, to get to the beach wall. My husband asked politely for campsite respect (we don't know this folks!) and we got dirty looks. We go about our business and a few hours later, as I'm prepping dinner, I look out to see this woman walking her two dogs through my site!!!!!! I open the door and ask her if for all things holy to please quit walking through my site (She had to duck, to go under my awning!!) and suddenly the whole family is yelling at me!!! I told them to move their dog fence back and walk along their camp. The husband proceeded to yell that that was ridiculous and why should he move it.I gave up and shut my door as they continued to yell......I'm not engaging with idiots. So, these are the type neighbors you have to endure. The price point seems a bit high, when you think about it.The shower houses could use updating, but had wonderful water pressure.I don't know that we'll camp here again....
Mar 24, 2025 · Tammy GivensWe enjoyed our stay here. The staff at checkin, the store, and the lady cleaning the restrooms were all very nice and friendly. Our campsite was right on the boardwalk and we loved the sunrises. The store has a little bit of everything and just what we needed. Other than the waves crashing on the beach, it was very quiet. Our site was level, the grounds were clean. Laundry, clean bathrooms and showers, plenty of hot water and water pressure. Java Joint, a mile down the road, has great food and service.
Apr 14, 2025 · Michelle DerusseauThis location is hard to beat. With sites that back right up to an ocean view, it’s spectacular. The price point reflects that prime location, but unfortunately the bath houses need some TLC to keep up and justify the nightly rate. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked for nearly any need you could have and reasonably priced! Hopefully some bath house renovations are in the future to match the site grooming and care taking to the rest of the property.
Feb 12, 2025 · Mia Bauer WeyhOur experiences over a 4 day period aren't so much the park..Be advised you will WEAR whoever your neighbors are! There's more to a parking spot in the handicapped parking stall at McDonald's! These " stalls are very personal with adjacent stalls..Here for anniversary 4 day stay..The price point doesn't match the amenities..or the securityNo pool, super minimal shower and restrooms for the amount of people! Lots of waiting..Our trip was fun, office tried to help. Pretty much ruined by tyrants with visitors 13 people going through our campsite..why?They wouldn't move the dog fence! People stood outside our camper calling us on to fight because after an entire day wearing " their rude no manners family we asked they please get in compliance with basic camping etiquette..we didn't feel safe, probably not a return here , moved after our first 2 days because of bad loud behavior permitted..Didn't seem to be a big deal you pay over 200 a night and it's like a motel 6 with people visiting all night and day...Nice view of the ocean..we were restricted inside our camper..The people that come here have zero etiquette..
Mar 24, 2025 · Elite working couplesNice spot on the beach. Rented a cabin while friends rented an RV site. Cabin was very clean and roomy. Had issue with door, maintenance quick to respond and fix. Internet decent. Couldn't get any channels on the TV, but no big deal here. Most other guests were very friendly and welcoming. A few unhappy folks present, think place is only for them, just ignore them and all good.
