Jun 12, 2022 · Mary WedekingWould get 5 stars except for super high prices and poor internet. $55 night was based on $1650 per 30 day stay + electricity. The internet is provided through Tengointernet. When I first signed up for internet it worked ok but then went to very bad. Tech support through Tengo could not help and tried to blame it on my equipment. I was only 30 feet from the hotspot. The sites are large and easy to get into. Nice park with lots of trees and grass. Upkeep is good. Security is great. Park is off all highways and quite. Fills up on weekends with lots of families and kids.
Apr 04, 2024 · Rush KittleMonthly rates pretty much doubled this year. What is the point of full-time camping if you can find an apartment for less? Campers are parked on dirt with ant infestations in the summer/fall and puddles in the winter/spring. Even if you use electricity sparingly, you are charged anywhere from $120 to $300/month- Sometimes up to $500. The washers and dryers are always full and costs about $6 to wash and dry. A campround 10 miles away costs $2 to wash and dry. The Tengo wifi always goes out. The cellphone reception is terrible. There is also a free stuff pile on a ledge in the laundry room, but someone throws it all away like they don't even care about the environment. Still, if they fixed all of that, who willingly and happily would choose to camp for over $2000 plus electricity per month? This campground got greedy just like every other business after the pandemic and thinks they are better than they are. They are so greedy it just feels gross camping there.
Apr 03, 2023 · Alex22/08 Part of the Santee Lakes Recreation Resort. A series of recycled water lakes. Spacious. Lots of water, trees, equipment and services. Other sections have Day Use. Check the website.
