21 PALMS Travel Resort Introduce
When searching for "RV parks near me" as a potential housing solution in the Auburndale, Florida area, it's also beneficial to consider nearby manufactured home communities that might offer longer-term residency. This overview provides an objective look at 21 PALMS Travel Resort, located at 584 State Rd 559, Auburndale, FL 33823, USA, based on the limited recent customer feedback available online.
21 PALMS Travel Resort can be contacted at (863) 259-2000 or +1 863-259-2000. The name suggests a resort-style living environment, potentially appealing to those seeking a community with certain amenities or a specific ambiance. However, the limited reviews available offer contrasting perspectives on the resident experience.
One reviewer expresses a strong positive sentiment towards 21 PALMS Travel Resort, highlighting the unique experience of "living on the lake." This resident enthusiastically describes the abundance of wildlife in the area, including "friends, frogs, alligators, different species of birds, possums, raccoons and several friendly cats," and even a "sweet old doggy." This paints a picture of a community with a close connection to nature and a diverse local ecosystem, which could be a significant draw for individuals who appreciate wildlife and a waterfront setting.
In stark contrast, another reviewer reports significant issues with their living conditions at 21 PALMS Travel Resort. This resident states that they have been paying $1200 per month since January and have experienced a lack of essential amenities. Specifically, they mention not having a working heater, which they claim is legally required, as well as a non-functional stove and no air conditioning units. The phrase "and other issues" suggests that these may not be the only problems encountered. This feedback raises serious concerns about the habitability and maintenance of some of the homes within the resort.
The significant disparity between these two reviews makes it challenging to form a comprehensive understanding of the overall environment, services, and features of 21 PALMS Travel Resort. The positive review emphasizes the natural beauty and wildlife, suggesting a potentially attractive setting for nature lovers. The negative review, however, points to critical shortcomings in basic living necessities within at least one resident's experience, raising questions about the consistency of maintenance and the responsiveness of management to tenant needs.
Given the limited information, it is difficult to ascertain the full range of services and features offered at 21 PALMS Travel Resort. The mention of lakefront living implies potential access to water-related activities or scenic views. The presence of diverse wildlife suggests an environment that may appeal to those who value nature and outdoor observation. However, the reported lack of essential utilities in one instance raises concerns about the reliability and quality of the infrastructure and the management's commitment to ensuring basic living standards.
There is no promotional information available in the provided data. Therefore, local users interested in 21 PALMS Travel Resort would need to contact the management directly to inquire about lot availability, rental rates, amenities, community rules, and any special offers that might be in place. It would also be prudent to ask specific questions related to the issues raised in the negative review, such as the typical response time for maintenance requests and the procedures in place to ensure essential utilities are functioning correctly.
For individuals considering 21 PALMS Travel Resort as a potential long-term living option, it would be highly advisable to conduct further investigation. This could include visiting the property to assess the overall environment, the condition of the homes, and any communal facilities that may be available. If possible, speaking with current residents (beyond the limited online reviews) could provide a more balanced and comprehensive understanding of the day-to-day living experience in the community. Inquiring about the management's policies regarding maintenance, repairs, and tenant rights would also be a crucial step in the due diligence process.
In conclusion, 21 PALMS Travel Resort in Auburndale, Florida, presents a complex picture based on the limited feedback. The allure of lakefront living and abundant wildlife is evident in one review, suggesting a potentially attractive natural environment. However, a contrasting review highlights significant issues with essential utilities and maintenance, raising concerns about the quality of living conditions for at least one resident. Prospective residents should weigh these contrasting perspectives carefully and conduct thorough research to determine if 21 PALMS Travel Resort aligns with their individual needs and expectations for a long-term living environment.

Jan 27, 2024 · Theresa NelsonBeen out here for4years now and love it! Everybody is nice especially to my kids. Yeah maintenance can run a lil slow but when you have 70units and people who rent out a trailor move out and leave behind damage and trash everywhere what do you expect? Very family friendly. The manager makes sure kids have plenty to do! Especially around holidays! I would definitely recommend this park to anybody!. Like i said I've lived out here for 4years. And to the people who say it's roach infested must've lived dirty. Never had one roach problem!
