Camp Margaritaville Auburndale Introduce
For those searching for exceptional "RV parks near me" in the Auburndale, Florida area, Camp Margaritaville Auburndale, located at 361 Denton Ave, Auburndale, FL 33823, USA, presents itself as a resort-style destination. With a phone number of (863) 455-7335 or +1 863-455-7335, this park aims to provide a memorable experience for families and individuals seeking a fun-filled getaway or a comfortable extended stay in their RV.
Based on recent customer reviews, Camp Margaritaville Auburndale offers a vibrant and amenity-rich environment, particularly appealing to families. One reviewer described their experience as "amazing" and "perfect for a family vacation," highlighting that there was "just enough to do for the parents just enough to do for the kiddos." This suggests a well-rounded offering of activities catering to various age groups. The heated pool and the "amazing" slide were specifically mentioned as popular features, indicating a focus on water-based recreation.
Another guest echoed the sentiment of a "true resort" experience, emphasizing the "great amenities and activities that can be done at any point." The consistent availability of things to do appears to be a significant draw for visitors, ensuring that there's always something to keep guests entertained. The positive feedback regarding the food, despite a noted lack of non-pork breakfast options, further contributes to the resort-like atmosphere.
Delving deeper into the specifics, one detailed review provided a more structured perspective, outlining both the positive and negative aspects of Camp Margaritaville Auburndale. Among the positives, the "Motorhome Paradise Suites" are lauded as the "crown jewel"—spacious, serene (depending on neighbors), and luxurious. This suggests that for those opting for these premium accommodations, a high level of comfort and tranquility can be expected.
The park also boasts "tons of amenities" designed to entertain both children and adults. This broad range of offerings is a key feature for a resort-style RV park, suggesting that guests can expect various recreational opportunities beyond just RV hookups. The landscaping is described as "clean, well-kept, and surprisingly nice," contributing to an aesthetically pleasing environment for residents and visitors.
Furthermore, the review notes "good space between RV’s," which is an important factor for comfort and privacy in an RV park setting. Adequate spacing can enhance the overall experience, providing a sense of openness rather than overcrowding.
However, the same detailed review also points out several drawbacks that potential visitors should be aware of. The sheer size of the park, with "300+ sites," appears to strain some of the facilities. The reviewer suggests that the number of pools and available recreational equipment like golf clubs and balls may not be sufficient to accommodate the large number of guests.
The pool area is described as a "chaotic splash zone" with "kids roughhousing everywhere," a lack of available chairs, and limited personal space. This paints a picture of a potentially crowded and overwhelming experience for those seeking a relaxing time by the pool. Families with young children might find this energetic environment appealing, while those seeking a quieter atmosphere might be less inclined.
Concerns are also raised regarding the enforcement of park rules. Policies such as "no outside food" and "no saving seats" are mentioned as seemingly being "more of a suggestion than anything else." Inconsistent rule enforcement can impact the overall experience and potentially lead to frustration among guests.
Finally, the practice of allowing "non-guest day passes" is criticized for exacerbating the crowding issue. The reviewer suggests that this practice further diminishes the availability of amenities for paying overnight guests.
Overall, the detailed review concludes that Camp Margaritaville Auburndale might be ideal for those who don't mind "shoulder-to-shoulder crowds and chaos." However, individuals prioritizing "peace and quiet" are advised to "steer clear." This highlights a potential dichotomy in the experience, where the vibrant atmosphere and extensive amenities might be a major draw for some, while the potential for overcrowding and noise could be a deterrent for others.
Considering the positive feedback regarding family-friendly amenities and the resort-style experience, Camp Margaritaville Auburndale likely offers a range of services typical of a well-equipped RV park, such as full hookups (water, electricity, sewer), laundry facilities, restroom and shower buildings, and potentially a camp store. The mention of food service indicates on-site dining options, adding to the convenience for guests.
Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the reviews. However, the emphasis on a resort experience suggests that Camp Margaritaville Auburndale may offer various packages or seasonal promotions, particularly around family vacation periods like spring break. Interested individuals should contact the park directly at the provided phone numbers to inquire about any current specials or deals for RV sites or the Motorhome Paradise Suites.
In conclusion, Camp Margaritaville Auburndale appears to be a lively and amenity-rich RV resort in Auburndale, Florida, well-suited for families seeking an action-packed vacation. The heated pool, slide, and organized activities are significant draws. However, potential guests should be aware of the potential for overcrowding, particularly at the pool, and the reported issues with rule enforcement. For those searching "RV parks near me" and prioritizing a resort-style experience with ample activities, Camp Margaritaville Auburndale is worth considering, but it's advisable to weigh the positive aspects against the potential for a crowded and sometimes chaotic environment based on recent customer feedback. Direct inquiry with the park regarding current amenities, services, and any promotional offers is recommended to make a fully informed decision.

Camp Margaritaville Auburndale Reviews
It was an amazing experience. It was perfect for a family vacation just enough to do for the parents just enough to do for the kiddos. The heated pool was awesome. The slide was amazing as well. This was our first spring break there and I think as a matter of fact, I know we’re gonna be there next spring break as well. The only change that I would make if I had some input that was taken seriously would be to offer turkey or chicken breakfast options Like turkey bacon or chicken sausage or vegetarian sausage or bacon even. They did offer the chicken breakfast burrito, which was great and the French toast is also great. All the food I ordered was great but non-pork breakfast items would be appreciated. This is a true resort great amenities and activities that can be done at any point. There was always something to do and good food no pork breakfast options, but still good food. But even with that minor detail, I would recommend this place time and time again. We can’t wait to come back.
Apr 18, 2025 · Deshunda JonesThe Good:- The Motorhome Paradise Suites are definitely the crown jewel—spacious, serene (assuming you luck out with decent neighbors), and packed with a touch of luxury.- Tons of amenities to keep both kids and adults entertained, if you can elbow your way through the crowd to enjoy them.- Landscaping is clean, well-kept, and surprisingly nice… almost makes you forget you’re surrounded by a sea of people.- Good space between RV’sThe bad:- 300+ sites not enough pools, golf clubs or balls- The pool? A chaotic splash zone. Kids roughhousing everywhere, no chairs in sight, and good luck finding personal space—it’s every swimmer for themselves.- Rules like “no outside food” and “no saving seats” seem to be more of a suggestion than anything else.- Oh, and just when you thought it couldn’t get more crowded, they let in non-guest day passes. Because clearly, what we all wanted was more people.Overall:If you’re into shoulder-to-shoulder crowds and chaos, this place might be your dream. But if a little peace and quiet ranks high on your list—do yourself a favor and steer clear.
Apr 21, 2025 · Ada GutierrezWe had a Keller Williams Realty “BOLD” training at the facility and it was great. There was plenty of space. The chairs and tables and AV equipment was ready to go and worked perfectly. Alexa and her staff were professional, courteous and provided a high level of service. We purchased food for lunch and it was tasty. There was enough for all and they processed all the attendees in an efficient manner. The facilities were clean and well organized. If you need a place to host a larger event, I would definitely recommend this location. It was so easy to get to from any direction, access to the parkway makes it a quick drive.
Apr 15, 2025 · Jared WeggelandWe’ve spent four months during the winter at Margaritaville Auburndale in our 45-foot toy hauler RV, and it has been an incredible experience for our whole family! We were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-maintained everything is—perfect for big rigs like ours. One of the best things about this resort is how family-friendly it is! Our kids had a blast with all the activities, from movie nights, sports, and crafting to the Christmas events that made the holidays extra special. There’s always something fun happening, and it’s a great way to keep the whole family entertained. For dog lovers, this place is fantastic! Not only does the resort have great on-site dog parks, but just two minutes outside of Margaritaville is a massive dog park, perfect for letting your pups run and play. Right outside the park, there’s also a long bike path that stretches for miles—great for biking, inline skating, or just taking a scenic walk. The staff here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the sense of community makes it easy to meet people and feel right at home. And you can’t beat the location—just a short drive to Disney World, Old Town, and other great Central Florida attractions. If you’re looking for a fun, clean, and welcoming RV resort with plenty of activities for kids, adults, and pets, this is the place to be! We’ve had an amazing winter here and can’t wait to come back.
