All Star Mobile Home Park Introduce
For those considering mobile home living or an extended RV stay in Sacramento, All Star Mobile Home Park offers a unique set of circumstances that warrant a detailed overview. Located at 1200 El Camino Ave, Sacramento, CA 95815, USA, this park provides housing options within the context of the "RV parks near me" search, particularly for individuals seeking a long-term spot for their mobile home or potentially a long-term RV parking solution. For inquiries, you can reach All Star Mobile Home Park at (916) 915-9757 or via mobile at +1 916-915-9757.
The environment at All Star Mobile Home Park presents a mixed picture, as gleaned from resident feedback. One resident explicitly states that it is "one of the poorer trailer parks I have lived here in Sacramento," suggesting a basic or potentially challenging living environment. This candid assessment indicates that prospective residents should manage their expectations regarding the overall upkeep and aesthetic of the park. However, it's also important to note that the review doesn't detail specific physical deficiencies beyond this general characterization. The park is situated in what appears to be the Del Paso Heights area of Sacramento, and one review touches on the concept of "Gentrification of Del Paso Heights" impacting the park, suggesting a period of transition or change in the area that could also influence the park's future environment. The long-term resident feedback about the homes, trailers, and lives "taken from so many for so long" indicates a historical context of challenging conditions for some residents, which might have shaped the current environment and community dynamics. While the physical environment itself isn't extensively described in terms of amenities or aesthetic appeal, the implications from the reviews suggest a park that may not offer the most manicured or modern facilities.
Regarding services and features, the park offers a basic but essential amenity: a coin-operated laundry room. This is a practical feature for residents, providing on-site convenience for laundry needs. However, the absence of a quarter machine within the laundry room itself might necessitate residents bringing their own change or acquiring it elsewhere, a minor but noteworthy detail for daily living. In terms of financial aspects, the park charges a $25.00 security check fee for moving into the park, and the space rent is listed at $395.00, with an additional $400.00 deposit required. These figures provide clear financial parameters for prospective residents, allowing them to assess the affordability and initial costs associated with residing in the park. The review also notes that the manager "has been very reasonable in working with you on moving into the park." This suggests a degree of flexibility or willingness from management to assist new residents with the move-in process, which can be a positive aspect for those navigating the complexities of relocating a mobile home or RV.
The social environment and community dynamics within All Star Mobile Home Park are a prominent feature, albeit with complexities. One review strongly emphasizes the positive interpersonal relationships among the tenants, stating that "Almost ALL of the Tenants are Great, Caring, Giving, People--with some of the Biggest Hearts and Smiles a person could ever encounter." This highlights a strong sense of community and mutual support among residents, which can be a significant benefit, especially in an environment described as otherwise "poorer." Such a cohesive and empathetic resident base can contribute greatly to a sense of belonging and provide a support network, which is invaluable in any living situation. However, this positive portrayal of the residents is contrasted sharply with very critical feedback regarding the park's owners. The review alleges that for "more than 15 years," the owners have "systematically taken advantage of the elderly, the disabled, & people without perfect records trying to rehabilitate themselves." This serious accusation suggests a history of exploitative practices from the ownership, which has reportedly led to homes, trailers, lives, and dignity being "taken from so many for so long." The mention that this situation is "coming to an end-finally" and that "the last few tenants are being driven out one by one" due to gentrification implies a significant and possibly challenging transition period for the park and its long-standing community. This suggests that while the current resident community is highly valued, the park's future and stability for existing residents may be uncertain due to external pressures and historical management practices.
For those searching within the "RV parks near me" category, All Star Mobile Home Park presents a unique set of considerations. While it offers a low space rent and basic amenities, the historical context of alleged ownership issues and the current state of transition due to gentrification are crucial factors. Its primary appeal for a mobile home owner might be the affordability and the apparent strength of the tenant community. For an RVer seeking a long-term spot, the low space rent could be attractive, but they would need to weigh this against the potential for ongoing changes within the park due to its stated transition. The park is positioned in a way that suggests it caters to a demographic seeking very affordable housing, possibly those with limited options. Promotional information would need to navigate these realities carefully. While it could highlight the very reasonable space rent of $395.00 and the helpfulness of the manager in the move-in process, it would also implicitly or explicitly need to acknowledge the challenges raised by long-term residents regarding ownership. The emphasis would likely be on the existing positive tenant community and the affordability for those looking for a basic, no-frills, long-term mobile home or RV spot in Sacramento, while acknowledging the park's evolving nature.

The Owners,however- have for years(more than 15) systematically taken advantage of the elderly, the disabled,& people without perfect records trying to rehabilitate themselves. The Homes,Trailers,Lives,& Dignity taken from so many for so long would seem unbelievable- to an outsider. It is coming to an end-finally. The last few tenants are being driven out one by one as the Gentrification of Del Paso Heights begins-godbye my Beloved People.Rest In Peace.
Aug 13, 2019 · J ClarkI had a review here once it got deleted. Walk through and see for yourself before you inquire about living here. Rent is low and good for low income but there are a lot of drug users and dealers. Also families with kids and close to a school. But atleast 5+ sex offenders so you just need to be aware of your surroundings. And who you talk to.
Aug 11, 2017 · Kimberly HigginsThis park is really turning itself around. The property manager and the management team are doing a good job to reshape this park and after the renovations they begin are completed this will be a place people will feel proud to call home.
