Sacramento Village RV & Mobile Home Park Introduce
Welcome to Sacramento Village RV & Mobile Home Park, a community designed for RV enthusiasts and those seeking long-term mobile home living in the heart of Sacramento, California. Situated at 2644 Beaumont St, Sacramento, CA 95815, USA, this park offers a unique living experience, catering to both transient RV travelers and permanent residents. When searching for "RV parks near me," Sacramento Village RV & Mobile Home Park often emerges as a prominent option, providing essential services and a distinct environment for its residents.
The park's location offers a balance between accessibility and a sense of community. Being in Sacramento, residents have convenient access to the city's amenities, including shopping centers, dining establishments, entertainment venues, and healthcare facilities. The address, 2644 Beaumont St, places it within a reachable distance of various local attractions and major roadways, making it an advantageous spot for those who commute or enjoy exploring the greater Sacramento area. The phone number, (916) 925-1184, and mobile phone, +1 916-925-1184, provide direct lines of communication for inquiries, reservations, and assistance, ensuring that potential and current residents can easily connect with park management.
Regarding the environment of Sacramento Village RV & Mobile Home Park, online reviews paint a varied picture. Some residents describe the park as a truly great place, highlighting a strong sense of community and friendly interactions. One review specifically mentions the opportunity to "talk with neighbors in the laundry room" and "chat with the mailman," suggesting a relaxed and sociable atmosphere where residents feel comfortable engaging with one another. This perspective indicates that the park can foster a positive and welcoming environment, where individuals feel connected to their surroundings and the people within them. The presence of "lots of nice people" contributes significantly to the overall positive sentiment, indicating a community where neighborly interactions are valued.
However, it is important to acknowledge that not all experiences are uniform. Another review offers a contrasting viewpoint, describing the park as a "Twilight Zone" and mentioning issues with maintenance, particularly concerning sewer breaks. This particular feedback highlights a potential concern regarding infrastructure and the speed of repairs. While one review commends the park manager for being "respectful and helpful," this same review expresses dissatisfaction with the owners, labeling them as "greedy" and accusing them of arbitrary evictions. These contrasting opinions suggest that while day-to-day management might be perceived positively by some, broader operational decisions or ownership policies could be a source of contention for others. The mention of "virtual reality games" and attempts to "cause harm and potential damage to people" by some residents, while an extreme and isolated claim, underscores the importance of a well-maintained and managed environment to ensure safety and comfort for all.
In terms of services and features, Sacramento Village RV & Mobile Home Park aims to provide the essential amenities necessary for comfortable RV and mobile home living. While specific details on all amenities are not explicitly provided in the reviews, the mention of a "laundry room" suggests the availability of communal facilities for residents' convenience. For RVs, it can be reasonably inferred that the park offers standard hookups such as electricity, water, and sewer connections, which are fundamental services for any RV park. The reviews do not explicitly detail other common RV park amenities such as Wi-Fi, cable TV, clubhouses, recreational areas, or swimming pools. However, the positive remarks about the park manager working with residents and PGE (Pacific Gas and Electric) being present to address "trees or problems" indicate an active management and maintenance effort to ensure the functionality and upkeep of the park's infrastructure.
The "RV parks near me" category often emphasizes not just the physical space but also the quality of life within the community. For Sacramento Village RV & Mobile Home Park, the human element appears to be a significant factor. The positive portrayal of the park manager and assistant, and their efforts in taking care of issues, points to a responsive on-site team. This is a crucial aspect for residents, as efficient management can significantly enhance the living experience. The park's ability to facilitate a sense of camaraderie among residents, as evidenced by positive neighborly interactions, is a notable feature that contributes to its appeal for some. The accessibility to mail services, as casually mentioned in one review, also highlights a practical convenience for long-term residents.
Promotional information, based on the provided data, primarily revolves around its suitability for long-term stays for both RVs and mobile homes. The park appears to offer a structured environment for those looking for a semi-permanent or permanent base in Sacramento. Its appeal lies in its established community, potentially offering a more stable and predictable living situation compared to transient campgrounds. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" with an emphasis on community and a longer-term commitment, Sacramento Village RV & Mobile Home Park presents itself as a viable option. The park's capacity to accommodate mobile homes alongside RVs further broadens its appeal to a diverse range of residents seeking various forms of affordable housing.

Sacramento Village RV & Mobile Home Park Reviews
Worst place ever!!!! The park is like living in Twilight zone, people are weird, if the sewer breaks which it does often they don't give you a bottled water they take forever to fix it no I just thinks that and people are just rude they get into each other's business they play virtual reality games and try to cause harm and potential damage to people they don't like including myself The manager there is respectful and helpful The owners are not they're greedy and kick outwhere they want whatever they want and the maintenance guy lol
Oct 21, 2024 · Mitchell LineI lived there as a roommate to the park manager. What wasn't already taken care of he did. The assistant was wonderful. Neighbors were great. Lots of nice people. You could talk with neighbors in the laundryroom, chat with the mail man. Whole park was great. We were a bit too close to cops and fire trucks at night. But a really nice park. Managers worked with people. Pge was there with trees or problems. I think the park was 👍👍👍
Apr 12, 2023 · HeidiMy best friend lives here. Most of the people are friendly. Management is alright. They charge way to much for a spot to park your RV.
Feb 21, 2024 · Teresa BushThis park is great for it's location. New management has been really improving the place. New paint inside and outside of laundry room. Great pricing for rent.
