Aloha Vegas Community Introduce
Are you searching for a welcoming and well-maintained mobile home park in the North Las Vegas area? Consider Aloha Vegas Community, located at 500 Miller Ave, North Las Vegas, NV 89030. It's important to note that despite some online categorization errors that might mislabel it as an RV park, Aloha Vegas Community is indeed a residential mobile home park offering single-wide trailers suitable for individuals and families. This community provides a different living experience compared to short-term RV parks, focusing on creating a stable and neighborly environment for its residents.
Based on feedback from current residents, Aloha Vegas Community offers a relatively quiet and peaceful living environment. One resident with over two months of experience in a two-bedroom unit specifically highlighted the tranquility of the community. While there is a significant number of children residing in the park, this particular resident noted that they didn't primarily live on their street, suggesting a potentially diverse age demographic within different sections of the community. For those seeking a more settled living situation compared to the transient nature of RV parks, Aloha Vegas Community appears to offer a more stable and long-term residential atmosphere.
The interior of the mobile home units at Aloha Vegas Community is described as spacious and clean upon move-in. This is a significant advantage for new residents looking for a comfortable and well-maintained living space from the outset. Furthermore, one resident expressed satisfaction with the minimal presence of bugs in their unit, which is often a welcome aspect of any living environment, especially in the Nevada climate.
Regarding essential services, one early challenge mentioned by a resident was the initial setup of internet service. Due to the absence of traditional underground or overhead wiring for cable or internet, residents primarily rely on satellite or Wi-Fi options. At the time of the review, a new internet company was in the process of establishing service, presenting an alternative to satellite dish, which seemed to be a common choice among residents. Prospective residents should inquire about the current internet service options and availability to ensure it meets their needs.
A significant positive aspect of Aloha Vegas Community highlighted by residents is the professionalism and helpfulness of the management and maintenance staff. The office staff, particularly mentioned by name as Tessa and another unnamed colleague, are described as attentive to residents' needs and responsive to any problems that may arise. The maintenance team is also commended for being respectful of residents' property and time when addressing any necessary repairs or maintenance within the community. This level of attentive management and respectful maintenance contributes significantly to a positive living experience for the residents.
The overall sentiment from the available reviews suggests that residents generally enjoy living at Aloha Vegas Community. The clean property and friendly neighbors are frequently mentioned as positive aspects of the community. This indicates that Aloha Vegas Community fosters a sense of community and neighborly interaction, which can be a significant draw for those seeking a welcoming residential environment. The pride in maintaining a clean property further enhances the overall quality of life within the park.
One area for potential consideration, as noted by a resident, is limited parking availability. This could be a factor for households with multiple vehicles or frequent visitors. Prospective residents may want to inquire about the parking situation in their specific area of the community to ensure it meets their needs.
In conclusion, Aloha Vegas Community offers a mobile home living experience in North Las Vegas characterized by a relatively quiet environment, clean and spacious single-wide trailers, and attentive management and maintenance staff. The community fosters a sense of neighborliness and maintains a clean property. While internet options may be somewhat limited due to the lack of traditional wiring infrastructure and parking could be a consideration for some, the overall feedback suggests a positive living experience for residents seeking a stable and well-managed mobile home community. For local users looking for "RV parks near me" but are open to the idea of long-term mobile home living, especially those seeking a family-friendly and community-oriented environment, Aloha Vegas Community presents a viable option in the North Las Vegas area. Aloha Vegas Community Reviews
OK, for some reason, Google seems to think that this is anR V park. It is not an RV park. This is a mobile home park, meaning that it is a community of single wide trailers. There are 2 and 3 bedrooms. From what I gather. I live in a 2 bedroom. And have been here for a little over 2 months and I like it it's pretty quiet. There's a lot of kids, but they don't live necessarily on my street. Not that I don't like kids but minor grown. It's just really nice though. The inside of my unit is spacious and it was clean. I have had almost no sighting of bugs which is a Bono. It was a little difficult getting internet here at first because the new company was coming in. Which made it an alternative to dish, which seems to be what most people have in here.Apparently there's no underground wiring and there's no overhead wiring for cable or internet, so it's all done by satellite or WI.Fi.I really like it. Tessa's been really helpful in the office. The 2 office ladies are attentive to your needs and any problems you might have. Maintenance guys are very respectful of your property and you're time.I just really kind of like it here. We'll see how it goes as time goes on.4 stars for now, only because of the limited parking.

Jan 20, 2025 · Andre SimmonsClean spacious homes and NO BUGS EVER! Loved it here so much that I’m moving back. Leasing realtor Nicole is hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with. She goes above and beyond. I love that the community is clean and affordable. The maintenance workers take pride in their homes that they maintain. The do thorough screening of tenants so your neighbors aren’t creepers. Definitely recommend renting from Aloha. They take care of their tenants and maintenance requests are responded to same day or within 24 hours. What more can you ask for?
