Greenspot MH Village Introduce
Located at 2537 Las Vegas Blvd N in North Las Vegas, Nevada, Greenspot MH Village is a mobile home park that might be considered by individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the North Las Vegas area, particularly those seeking potentially lower-cost, long-term options. You can contact them at (702) 287-7050 or +1 702-287-7050 for inquiries. However, it is crucial to carefully consider the available customer reviews before making any decisions.
The provided customer feedback on Greenspot MH Village is overwhelmingly negative, raising significant concerns about the living conditions and management practices. One reviewer states unequivocally, "Worst place i have ever lived!!!!" This strong condemnation is followed by specific complaints regarding serious maintenance issues. The reviewer details a recurring problem with the sewer system backing up, alleging that the park management would take "up to a week" to address these issues. Such sewer backups can create unsanitary and unpleasant living conditions, posing potential health risks and significant inconvenience to residents, including those in RVs if the park accommodates them.
Further criticisms are leveled at the laundry room facilities, which are described as "filthy" with machines that "almost never work." Access to clean and functional laundry facilities is a basic necessity for long-term residents, including those living in RVs, as they often rely on communal laundry services. The alleged poor condition and unreliability of the laundry room at Greenspot MH Village would be a significant drawback for potential residents.
The overall condition of the park is also harshly criticized, with the reviewer labeling it "a dump" and expressing regret at having moved there. This kind of feedback suggests potential issues with the general upkeep and maintenance of the grounds and facilities within Greenspot MH Village. For RV owners, the condition of the park can impact their overall living experience and the value they perceive in their chosen location.
Beyond the living conditions, the reviewer also recounts a negative experience with the management regarding their departure. Despite reportedly giving a "full 30 days notice," the management allegedly claimed the resident left early and owed money, leading to the withholding of the security deposit. Such disputes over move-out procedures and deposits can be a source of significant frustration and financial loss for residents. The reviewer explicitly advises others to avoid Greenspot MH Village, stating, "If you value your sanity and want a clean place to live dont go to this dump." The intention to contact the North Las Vegas Better Business Bureau further underscores the severity of this negative experience.
The second, very brief review states, "I wasn't here long enough to make all observations asked." This provides little to no insight into the park's environment, services, or features, but it does not contradict the strongly negative sentiment expressed in the more detailed review.
Given the overwhelmingly negative feedback, it is difficult to objectively describe positive aspects of the environment, services, or features of Greenspot MH Village based solely on these reviews. The detailed review paints a picture of a poorly maintained park with significant infrastructure issues (sewer backups), inadequate facilities (filthy and unreliable laundry room), and potentially problematic management practices (slow maintenance response, deposit disputes). The environment is implied to be undesirable due to the "dump" description. Services appear to be lacking in terms of timely maintenance and functional amenities.
Promotional information is entirely absent in the provided reviews. There are no positive comments that could be construed as promotional or highlighting any benefits of living at Greenspot MH Village. In fact, the strong negative recommendation serves as an anti-promotion, advising potential residents to avoid the park.
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in North Las Vegas, the information available strongly suggests extreme caution regarding Greenspot MH Village. While the address on Las Vegas Blvd N might indicate a potentially convenient location with access to transportation and local amenities, the severe maintenance and management issues reported by a former resident should be a major deterrent. If Greenspot MH Village does accommodate RVs for long-term stays, prospective residents would need to independently verify the condition of the RV sites, the availability and functionality of hookups (water, electricity, sewage), and the overall environment of the park. They would also need to inquire extensively about the park's maintenance procedures, laundry facilities, and management policies regarding deposits and move-outs.
In conclusion, the limited information available about Greenspot MH Village is overwhelmingly negative, citing significant problems with sewer maintenance, a filthy and unreliable laundry room, a generally poor environment, and potentially unfair management practices regarding move-out procedures. For those seeking "RV parks near me" in North Las Vegas, this information serves as a strong warning. Thorough investigation and potentially seeking alternative RV parks in the area would be advisable unless there is compelling and recent positive information available from other sources that contradicts these serious allegations.

Nov 07, 2018 · Jeffrey MooreHonestly, I've driven through a few times. I'm shopping for a mobile or manufactured home, and this location has potential. It could use a modern makeover, but definitely has a feel about it.
Nov 07, 2021 · Bill LefflerWhere to start, shall we talk about the roaches? the break ins? the gunfire from over the wall? loud music at all hours? the bed bugs? the mites? lack of upkeep? over a month without power? the slander spread by management? Sherri the supposed manager aka: slum lord gossip queen? or the fact that now they refuse to do anything for anyone in their park because they are trying to sell the place supposedly? lol. this place is a joke. they also false advertise RV spaces on Craigslist what they call an RV space is a flat out joke. oh ya and the laundry room they claim to have.... better off washing your laundry in a public toilet.
