Bluegrass Meadows Introduce
For local users searching for "rv parks near me" in the Russellville, Kentucky area, Bluegrass Meadows, located at 272 Emerson Bypass Rd A36, Russellville, KY 42276, USA, is a mobile home park that warrants careful consideration based on recent customer reviews. While the primary function appears to be long-term mobile home rentals, it is possible that RVs might be accommodated. However, the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding safety, management responsiveness, unexpected charges, and overall living conditions raises significant concerns for anyone considering this location, whether for mobile home or potential RV stays.
Bluegrass Meadows' address on Emerson Bypass Road places it within the Russellville area. The surrounding environment would likely be a mix of residential and commercial areas typical of a town bypass road. Local users would be familiar with this part of Russellville when evaluating potential "rv parks near me." However, the reviews paint a concerning picture that overshadows the basic geographic context.
Surrounding Environment: Emerson Bypass Road, Russellville, KY
Emerson Bypass Road in Russellville is likely a thoroughfare connecting different parts of the town, potentially with a mix of residential properties, businesses, and possibly some less developed areas. The convenience of a bypass road location might be appealing for accessibility. However, the reviews do not focus on the external environment but rather on the internal conditions and management of Bluegrass Meadows.
The negative feedback suggests that the internal environment of Bluegrass Meadows is far from ideal, with concerns about safety, lack of organization, and poor management communication being prominent themes. These issues appear to significantly impact the residents' quality of life, potentially making the external surroundings less relevant for those considering living within the park.
Services and Facilities: Alleged Lack of Management and Safety Concerns
The customer reviews paint a disturbing picture regarding the services and facilities, particularly concerning management responsiveness and safety within Bluegrass Meadows. Key issues raised include:
- Lack of Communication: Multiple reviewers mention a complete lack of response from the office via phone, email, and text messages. This indicates a severe breakdown in communication between residents and management, making it difficult to address concerns or resolve issues.
- Safety Issues: One reviewer reports an attempted vehicle theft on the property and incidents of vandalism to empty trailers. The presence of loose dogs is also mentioned as a recurring problem. These allegations raise serious concerns about the safety and security of the residents and their property.
- Lack of Organization: The general sentiment of the negative reviews points to a lack of organization within the park, contributing to the overall negative living experience.
- Potentially High Electric Bills: One reviewer specifically mentions "extremely high" electric bills, suggesting potential issues with infrastructure or billing practices within the park.
- Invasion of Privacy: A reviewer living in a specific trailer reports people constantly walking through their yard, indicating a lack of respect for personal space and potentially poor boundary management within the community.
These significant negative comments strongly suggest that the basic services and facilities expected in a residential community or RV park are severely lacking or poorly managed at Bluegrass Meadows. The alleged lack of response from management is particularly concerning, as it leaves residents feeling unheard and unable to address critical issues affecting their safety and well-being.
If RVs were to be accommodated in such an environment, the lack of management responsiveness and the reported safety concerns would be critical deterrents. Potential RV residents would likely be hesitant to stay in a place where their safety and security might be compromised and where communication with management is non-existent.
Features: Primarily Negative Aspects Reported
Based on the provided reviews, the prominent "features" of Bluegrass Meadows are overwhelmingly negative and include:
- Unsafe Environment: Allegations of attempted theft, vandalism, and loose animals create a sense of insecurity.
- Unresponsive Management: Difficulty in contacting the office and a lack of follow-up on resident concerns.
- Lack of Organization: A general sense of disarray and poor management within the park.
- Overpriced for the Environment: Residents feel that the cost of living or renting is not justified by the poor conditions and lack of services.
- Unexpected Charges: One reviewer reports being threatened with a $3,000 charge after being told it was okay to break their contract early, highlighting potential issues with billing and contract enforcement.
- Lack of Respect for Privacy: Residents experiencing others walking through their yards.
- Potentially High Utility Costs: High electric bills adding to the financial burden.
These negative aspects, directly reported by individuals claiming to be residents or former residents, paint a stark picture of Bluegrass Meadows and strongly suggest that it may not be a desirable option for anyone seeking a safe, well-managed, and reasonably priced place to live or park their RV.
Lack of Promotional Information and Strong Deterrents for Local Users
Given the severely negative nature of the recent customer reviews, there is no basis for any positive promotional information regarding Bluegrass Meadows. Instead, the overwhelming message from the available data serves as a strong deterrent for local users searching for "rv parks near me" or any form of accommodation in this mobile home park.
The consistent themes of safety concerns, unresponsive management, lack of organization, unexpected charges, and high utility costs should prompt potential residents, including RV owners, to exercise extreme caution and seriously consider alternative options in the Russellville, KY area.
Critical Considerations for Anyone Considering Bluegrass Meadows
The customer reviews highlight several critical considerations for anyone who might be contemplating living in or parking their RV at Bluegrass Meadows:
- Safety and Security: The allegations of attempted theft and vandalism are serious and should not be ignored.
- Management Responsiveness: The reported lack of communication and follow-up from the office is a major red flag, suggesting potential difficulties in resolving issues or getting assistance.
- Financial Implications: The mention of being overpriced, high electric bills, and unexpected contract termination fees indicates potential financial risks.
- Living Conditions: The overall sense of disorganization and the lack of respect for privacy contribute to a negative living environment.
These factors collectively suggest that Bluegrass Meadows may not provide a stable, safe, or satisfactory living experience for its residents, including potential RV tenants.
Conclusion: Steer Clear of Bluegrass Meadows Based on Overwhelmingly Negative Reviews
Based on the overwhelmingly negative feedback from recent customer reviews, Bluegrass Meadows in Russellville, KY, cannot be recommended to local users searching for "rv parks near me" or any form of accommodation. The serious allegations regarding safety concerns, the complete lack of communication from management, the reported disorganization, the feeling of being overpriced, and the issues with unexpected charges paint a picture of a potentially problematic living environment.
Prospective residents, including RV owners, are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and thoroughly investigate alternative RV parks or residential communities in the Russellville, KY area that have a more positive track record of safety, management responsiveness, and resident satisfaction. The significant concerns raised in the available reviews suggest that Bluegrass Meadows may not provide a secure or comfortable living experience and could potentially lead to significant frustration and financial distress. It would be prudent for local users to prioritize their safety and well-being by seeking accommodation elsewhere.

Bluegrass Meadows Reviews
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a piece of crap. I have called the office numerous times the past couple days. No answer. Sunday night someone attempted to STEAL my vehicle. & there have been people bashing empty trailer windows. Always some dogs loose. & if you happen to move into the trailer I’m in, people constantly walking through your yard. This place is very unsafe, unorganized and overpriced for the environment you live in. I feel unsafe, and uncomfortable. Also the electric bills is extremely high.FUNNY that they reply back to this review but I still haven’t gotten an answer from the office or call back 2/27/25. Worst place to live or rent in Russellville KY. Stay away.
Mar 27, 2025 · Alexis MateosBe careful!!! For work reasons I had to move out of town and I was one month short of my 12-month contract. I asked at the Bluegrass Meadows office and they told me it was okay, that I would just hand over the key and lose my deposit, and that's what I did. Now they're trying to charge me $3,000!!!!I called, send email, text messages, and they don't answer.

Mar 05, 2024 · Heidi Lynn JacksonWe recently moved here from California because of economic reasons . We had a hard time finding rentals that accepted dogs. We have two. We found Bluegrass Meadows in July and saw that it needed some TLC. We had heard horror stories of drug dealing, crime, and terrible management.I imagine that was the old management, because We moved in October and The manager has always been kind and courteous. Always professional. We saw tenant after tenant move out for various reasons. The remaining tenants feel like neighbors. We had one incident that involved violence. The manager assured me this person is not allowed back on the property gave me detailed instructions as to what to do should they return. Our first Christmas here brought sub zero weather and frozen pipes. Delaney and her team worked tirelessly to correct the situation. Thank you Bluegrass Meadows! We feel at home here in Russellville!
