Camino Real Mobile Estates Introduce
For those seeking information about "mobile home parks near me" in Lathrop, California, it is important to consider Camino Real Mobile Estates, located at 15820 S Harlan Rd #148, Lathrop, CA 95330, USA. While our platform primarily focuses on "RV parks near me," we aim to provide objective information about various residential options in local communities. Based on recent customer reviews, Camino Real Mobile Estates appears to be a community facing significant challenges related to its management and potentially its overall environment.
Situated in Lathrop, a city in San Joaquin County, California, Camino Real Mobile Estates is located within a region that offers a mix of residential and agricultural areas. Lathrop provides access to local amenities, including shopping, dining, and schools, and is positioned within reasonable proximity to larger cities in the Central Valley and the Bay Area.
The available customer reviews for Camino Real Mobile Estates paint a concerning picture of the community's current state, primarily focusing on issues with the management. Multiple reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with the management team, both before and after a reported change. One reviewer, seemingly referencing the new management implemented around December 27th, states, "new management, new crew. New problems.. same problems," indicating a lack of improvement in the issues that plagued the previous administration.
A recurring complaint revolves around the inaccessibility of the management during business hours. One reviewer expresses frustration, stating they are "sick and tired of the new management" who are "never in the office during business hours." This is highlighted as particularly problematic during rent payment times, leading to multiple unsuccessful trips to the office simply to pay rent and obtain necessary items like bags. This lack of consistent presence and availability of the management can create significant inconvenience for residents and suggests potential disorganization or understaffing.
Another significant concern raised by a reviewer pertains to the perceived rudeness and duplicity of the manager. The comment, "As for the Manager She is Very rude and two faced . She needs to be Replaced. This current crew running this mobile home park is a joke. And incompetent at best," conveys a strong sense of dissatisfaction and a lack of confidence in the current leadership. Such negative perceptions of management can significantly impact the overall community atmosphere and the residents' quality of life.
Furthermore, this same reviewer suggests broader issues within the management, stating, "...someone needs to reevaluate all employees that have been trusted here as many people are unhappy with the managements shaddy decision....." This implies a potential lack of transparency or questionable decision-making by the management that is causing widespread discontent among the residents.
In terms of the community environment, one reviewer notes that "Most people keep to them selfs." While not inherently negative, this observation suggests a potentially less interactive or close-knit community atmosphere. This could be a consequence of the management issues or other factors not specified in the reviews.
Given the strong negative focus of the available reviews on the management, there is very little information provided about the specific services and features of Camino Real Mobile Estates. Typically, mobile home parks offer basic amenities such as:
- Lot Spaces: Designated areas for residents to place their mobile homes, for which they likely pay rent for the land.
- Utility Hookups: Essential services such as water, electricity, and sewer connections are usually provided to each lot.
- Roads and Infrastructure: Internal roads and pathways within the park for residents and visitors to navigate.
- Potential Common Areas: Some mobile home parks may offer shared facilities like laundry rooms, recreational areas, or community centers, but these are not mentioned in the reviews for Camino Real Mobile Estates.
- Waste Disposal Services: Provisions for garbage and recycling collection are typically in place.
Due to the overwhelming negativity surrounding the management in the provided reviews, it is difficult to ascertain the true state of the park's environment and the quality of its services. The primary concern appears to be the ineffectiveness and perceived negative attitude of the management team, which seems to be impacting the residents' experience significantly.
For individuals seeking a "mobile home park near me" in Lathrop, it is crucial to approach Camino Real Mobile Estates with caution based on the publicly available feedback. The reported issues with management accessibility, rudeness, and potential questionable decision-making are significant factors to consider. While the location in Lathrop might be appealing, the negative reviews suggest potential challenges that could affect the living experience.
There is no promotional information available in the provided reviews. The focus is entirely on the negative experiences with the management.
To obtain a more comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of the current situation at Camino Real Mobile Estates, it would be advisable to contact the park directly at (209) 982-0130 or +1 209-982-0130. Speaking with the management or, if possible, current residents (perhaps through online forums or other means) could provide a more balanced perspective. It is important to inquire specifically about the management situation, office hours, rent payment procedures, and the overall community environment.
In conclusion, the publicly available reviews for Camino Real Mobile Estates in Lathrop, CA, raise significant concerns regarding the management's accessibility, professionalism, and decision-making. While the park offers a location within Lathrop, potential residents should be aware of these reported issues and conduct thorough due diligence before considering this community as a long-term housing option. Direct contact with the park management and, if possible, current residents is strongly recommended to gain a clearer understanding of the present living conditions and address the serious concerns highlighted in the reviews.

Camino Real Mobile Estates Reviews
Sick and tired of the new management. They are never in the office during business hours and it’s especially annoying during rent time when no matter what time you go during business hours, no one is there. You end up having to go back and forth to the office 10 times just to pay rent and get some dang bags.

Sep 10, 2024 · nuckle “nunya” headThe current manager is doing all she can to help the park. This place used to be a mess and the rules were not followed. After the management changed things started to look better. The rules are now enforced and things have change for the better. I've enjoy my stay here. This is of course my personal opinion
Apr 05, 2022 · Mia GarciaThe manager will have double standards, profile you racially, do illegal credit checks, and will bend the rules around what she wants to happen. This place used to be nice but Sandra Garcia has poisoned this place. She wants to remove anyone who isn't of color from the park and replace them with her personal friends.
