Updated as of 04/03/2025 16st west roads need old patch sucked up and re patched since they won't replace this year even though management promised full replacement . So I took a star off till that's fixed at least patched. As many other reviews have stated I read them all! Front entrance asphalt by 16st West needs cut out and replaced that's my only issue! All roads need replaced! Looking better each month! Nice place to live good caring staff and Bre is a excellent park manager. . Good Mediacom signal must have new lines ran that's nice to have multiple internet providers including T-Mobile 5g now as of 2023 helps keep the competition strong in the area. Overall a very peaceful community. Will try to keep updated every 6 months to keep this review relevant. Also no one wants to have lot rent increased but you also don't want to let the mobile home parks base infrastructure fall apart. It does take maintenance cost and modernization is also more cost-effective in the long run. Overall would recommend! Important to also remember coal valley water is not great get a filter for drinking appliances will be ok . Lot rent, utilities, etc. Very pleasant and professional. Drove through the park, and some places are nicer than others. However, they are in the process of redoing a few that were available. I didn't take any pictures.
Dec 27, 2024 · LaJanice SandersonGreat community, people say hi keep to themselves,but the potholes are relentless ruins your vehicles always having to repair something and mechanics have said pot holes are the worst on cars,I kid you not pulling in and out this place is a gamble and to drive down the roads ugh lord it feels like bumper cars on your body and the way your neck just flops good lord and that’s driving slowwwwww.

But I understand the idea of not renting to people who may potentially squat but this is cheaper than where I currently live, and I was trying to better me and my spouse.Out of the application fee of $80 I wouldn’t have bothered had I been notified. It’s wrong.We needed this place

At first I want sure because I went from a 3 story to a one flat story trailer but it's beautiful and the staff are very helpful. I can't wait to see what changes they bring. Honestly a couple years ago I wouldn't step foot here. They have changed for the better.
