She didn’t care about any hardships. She was very mean and honestly messed up on everything. I am planning on suing her.

They wont give our money back. So beware of cottonwood cove. I talk to cottonwood about threatening my daughter about taking her to court and trying to get 2 thousand dollars from her. Because she broke the lease. The lease doesnt start until feb. 1. Please look over the lease. Before u sign anything. In lease it doesnt say the deposit is non refundable. They are keeping the deposit

They are great at getting a hold of you with complaints from nosey neighbors. I have no pets but somehow piles of dog poop are in my front yard where my kids play. I’m just over cotton wood and it’s only been a year!
