Country Side RV Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Haleyville, Alabama area, Country Side RV Park, located at 910 Co Rd 114, Haleyville, AL 35565, USA, presents a campground with recent changes in ownership that appear to have significantly impacted the experiences of some visitors. Potential guests can contact the park at (256) 529-8844 or their mobile number +1 256-529-8844 to inquire further. It is crucial for prospective visitors to be aware of the contrasting feedback regarding the management and overall atmosphere of the park based on recent online reviews.
One recent review expresses extreme dissatisfaction with the new owners of Country Side RV Park, stating a desire to give zero stars if possible. This review alleges highly concerning behavior, including threats directed towards disabled deaf individuals. The reviewer recounts an incident where their aunt was reportedly assaulted, felt intimidated by being surrounded by multiple men, and was allegedly mocked by the new owners. The review further claims that the owners made threatening statements and disregarded law enforcement. This account paints a severely negative picture of the current management and suggests a potentially hostile environment for some individuals. It is essential for potential visitors to consider this feedback seriously and perhaps seek further clarification or recent experiences from other sources.
In contrast, another review offers a more neutral perspective, seemingly reflecting an experience prior to or separate from the issues raised in the negative feedback. This reviewer, who rented a small RV for a couple of weeks, found the pricing to be adequate and noted the presence of on-site laundry facilities as a positive aspect. They also mentioned that neighbors generally kept to themselves and reported no issues with crime or drug activity during their stay. Furthermore, their rented RV was described as clean and free of bugs or rodents. The primary drawbacks noted in this review were the unreliable Wi-Fi and poor cell phone signal. Despite these connectivity issues, this reviewer indicated a willingness to recommend Country Side RV Park.
Considering these two distinct reviews, it is challenging to provide a uniformly positive or negative introduction to Country Side RV Park. The stark contrast in experiences suggests that potential visitors should exercise caution and seek the most up-to-date information before making a decision. The positive aspects mentioned by one reviewer, such as adequate pricing, on-site laundry, a seemingly quiet atmosphere among neighbors, and the absence of reported crime or pest issues, could still be relevant for some travelers. The availability of laundry facilities is often a significant convenience for those on longer trips or full-time RVers looking for "RV parks near me" that offer this amenity.
However, the serious allegations made in the negative review regarding the new owners' behavior cannot be ignored. Threats, intimidation, and mistreatment of vulnerable individuals, if accurate, represent a severe breach of the standards expected at any hospitality establishment, including "RV parks near me." Such behavior would undoubtedly create an unsafe and unwelcoming environment for those affected and potentially for others as well. The mention of involving law enforcement further underscores the gravity of the situation described in that review.
The second reviewer's comments about poor Wi-Fi and cell signal are also important considerations for potential guests. In today's connected world, reliable internet access and phone service are often necessities, especially for those working remotely or needing to stay in touch with family and friends. If connectivity is a priority, prospective visitors should inquire with the park management about the current state of their Wi-Fi and cellular reception in different areas of the campground.
Given the limited information beyond these two reviews, details about the environment, specific services, and features of Country Side RV Park are scarce. We can infer that it offers RV sites with hookups, as the second reviewer mentioned renting an RV for a couple of weeks, implying the availability of necessary utilities. The presence of on-site laundry suggests an amenity catering to longer stays. The park's name, "Country Side RV Park," implies a location in a more rural or less urban setting, which could be appealing to those seeking a quieter and more natural environment among "RV parks near me." However, the recent issues with ownership, as alleged in one review, could significantly detract from any potential benefits of the location or basic amenities.
Without further information, it is impossible to provide details about promotional offers or specific features beyond what has been mentioned in the reviews. Potential visitors should be prepared to conduct their own due diligence, which might include contacting the park directly to address the concerns raised in the negative review and to inquire about the current management's policies and approach to guest relations. It would also be beneficial to seek out more recent reviews from other sources to gain a broader understanding of the current state of Country Side RV Park.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Haleyville, AL, Country Side RV Park presents a complex picture based on the limited recent feedback. While it may offer adequately priced sites, on-site laundry, and a potentially quiet setting, the serious allegations against the new owners raise significant concerns about safety and the overall guest experience. The reported issues with Wi-Fi and cell signal are additional factors to consider. Prospective visitors are strongly advised to proceed with caution, seek further information, and weigh the potential benefits against the serious negative feedback before making a decision to stay at Country Side RV Park.
In conclusion, Country Side RV Park in Haleyville, AL, currently has a mixed online reputation. While it appears to offer basic amenities such as full hookups and laundry, and may be situated in a peaceful countryside setting, recent allegations of severe misconduct by the new owners are deeply concerning and should be a primary consideration for anyone thinking of staying there. Potential guests should contact the park directly and seek additional recent reviews to form a well-informed opinion before choosing Country Side RV Park as one of their "RV parks near me."

Country Side RV Park Reviews
If I could give zero stars for the new owners I would. The new owners are absolutely horrible people. Yes, I understand they have business to run but when it comes to threatening disabled deaf individuals that is where I draw the line. My aunt was assaulted, felt intimidated because she was also surrounded by 5 men, and made fun of by the new owners and was told that they didn't know who they were messing with and f the police!!
Jan 04, 2023 · Alisha StephensRented a small RV for a couple weeks. Adequately prices, laundry on site, neighbors keep to themselves mostly. No crime or drug activity. Our place was clean without bugs or rodents. Only bad thing was wifi rarely picked up and cell signal was poor too. I'd recommend tho.
Jun 24, 2022 · Kendra “TaterBug” EmmonsGreat place to live as long as you arent trying to cause problems, very family oriented, and most of the "problems" get kicked out eventually at least. My family lives there, have for over 5 years now and I love visiting :)
Mar 11, 2018 · Leah MilesHave lived here for almost 1 years. It's a nice place with friendly and helpful neighbors.
Sep 16, 2023 · Ginny StubbeI lived there for awhile and my mom lives next to it. It's not a good place always some drug nut going crazy couples screaming and fighting. Not to mention the rent is ridiculous.
