Deerfield Pines Reviews
Management does not do a very good job at maintaining the grounds the heavy stench of rotting sewage all throughout the air in the park is unbearable at times and just disgusting almost every other day he might trash that lays around the park around where the dumpsters used to be and all through the trails in the woods is unreal
Mar 23, 2019 · Hunter GriffithAt first I left a good review but after what I saw this morning as a guest parking where I'm suppose to in the visitor parking. My car got tagged. No I don't live here. This is the first time being tagged. I really don't appericate the steps that were taken for actual visitors like myself (threatening to be towed). Do better.
Mar 22, 2022 · Jazmine CozartGreat place except rules change whenever and residents aren’t notified until they broke the rule and they get fined. Use to love having bon fires but sometime in the winter apparently they banned them. Also some staff members are very rude they expect you to listen but they don’t have to. More resident activity would be great a pool better basketball hoops etc...
Aug 01, 2018 · Michelle GordonI personally will never recommend this place. Darin has been a great help has been fixing things the whole time we lived here. But our ac hasn’t been working of almost a month and a half and it has been super humid and hot. We also have black mold in our house we have let the park know about it darin came and started to work on it and now it has started to spread in the wall and now is in another room! We haven’t been able to stay at home and our 7 month old son has been sick from it had to take him to the doctors twice. I tried getting ahold of someone higher up and got told she can’t do anything about it!
Jun 29, 2021 · Sommer LynnThey really know how to pull one over on you, magicaly change contract leases from rent to rent to own even if you said no thanks its so lovely....probably why nobody sticks around for more than a couple months...high turn over rate for a trailer park but if your lucky enough to make it through a year ya might get stuck here because they jack your rent and you cant hardly keep up. If you are trying to find a place to live because your low income or are behind on things like many are do not move here you will get stuck here or it will only be temporary and be a costly mistake
