This is a crucial factor for many RVers when selecting a park, as cleanliness directly impacts comfort and overall satisfaction. Additionally, the availability of a "great" laundry room is highlighted, suggesting that residents and visitors have access to well-maintained facilities for their laundry needs, a significant convenience for both short and long-term stays.
Diamond Hill RV Park offers practical amenities, including full hookups plus electric at each site. Interestingly, one reviewer commented on the park's rules, stating that they "don’t seem to be actual rules more like guidelines you can follow if you want." While this might be a point of consideration for those who prefer strict regulations, the reviewer, who described themselves as "not too picky," found this approach agreeable. This suggests a more relaxed and less rigid atmosphere within the park, which could appeal to individuals who value a more laid-back environment.
The location of Diamond Hill RV Park is described as "remote but close to Harrisburg." This offers a balance between the tranquility of a more secluded setting and the convenience of being just a short drive away from the amenities of Harrisburg. One guest mentioned that it's a "lovely drive ten min away" to Harrisburg, which "has all ya need." This proximity allows residents to easily access essential services, shops, and local attractions while still enjoying a quieter RV park environment. Furthermore, the area surrounding the park is described as "beautiful," suggesting that guests can enjoy the natural scenery of the region.
Affordability is another key feature of Diamond Hill RV Park. One reviewer explicitly stated, "you honestly cannot beat the price." This value proposition, combined with the cleanliness and full hookups, enhances its appeal.
The sense of community at Diamond Hill RV Park is also noteworthy. One guest mentioned that while some neighbors might have an unconventional appearance (humorously referencing "breaking bad"), they are "nice enough and we all mind our own business." This suggests a respectful and tolerant community where individuals generally respect each other's privacy. Another reviewer, a single female living in a travel trailer, shared that she was initially worried but found "everyone was welcoming." This highlights the inclusive and accepting nature of the park, where residents are judged by their character rather than the age or type of their RV.
The management of Diamond Hill RV Park receives positive feedback as well. Secret, the manager, is described as "quick to help you and the communication is efficient." Additionally, the owners and managers are referred to as "efficient" and "nice." Responsive and helpful management is crucial for a positive RV park experience, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and that residents feel supported.
While the park might be "older and doesn't have very many amenities" compared to some newer or more resort-style RV parks, the focus at Diamond Hill RV Park appears to be on providing a comfortable, clean, and affordable living environment with a strong sense of community. This might not appeal to families seeking extensive recreational facilities, but for those prioritizing a quiet, comfortable, and budget-friendly option, Diamond Hill RV Park is a strong contender. Diamond Hill RV Park Reviews
We’ve been here almost a month. It’s pretty clean and the laundry room is great. We have full hook ups plus electric. The rules don’t seem to be actual rules more like guidelines you can follow if you want. We are not too picky though so that works for us. The location is remote but close to Harrisburg. It’s beautiful around us. It’s reasonably priced and our neighbors tho some resemble breaking bad are nice enough and we all mind our own business. I like it! Lastly, secret the manager is quick to help you and the communication is efficient.
Apr 13, 2025 · Meadow Michelle SchoenleberEfficient, nice owners and managers. Have a 93 Fleetwood travel trailer. Was a little worried living as a single female, but everyone was welcoming. People might judge this place because it's older and doesn't have very many amenities.. and maybe for families that might not turn them on to staying here; however it is a very quiet and comfortable place and you honestly cannot beat the price. Other RV parks I have been to judge people by the year of their trailer or what they are driving but this place accepts you for who you are and they make sure there are no bad apples in their Park. There is a nice area to walk your dog and nobody bothers you, when you're here what you see is what you get but you make the best of it and you're not that far from Eugene or Springfield or any of the major towns if you need more amenities. Harrisburg is a sweet town and a lovely drive ten min away and has all ya need.

Jun 27, 2021 · Strangely Gamer games /Strange-StepThe management has been wonderful to my family and I. We stopped here for what suppose to be a layover til I was well enough to travel with our newborn back to Cali. We kind of fell in love with this area. I have family here in Oregon, so we might just call this home for the time being. Thank you for helping us get into this place just a couple weeks before my little one was born!
