Furthermore, the positive comments regarding the condition of the mobile homes within the park suggest a stable and well-cared-for community. The observation that "most of the mobile homes are in good shape" provides reassurance for those considering making Lakeridge their permanent residence. The experience of a service professional who has worked within the park, noting they have "installed hundreds of new appliances in this park, and met alot of nice people," further reinforces the impression of a well-maintained community with friendly residents.
Considering the platform category of "RV parks near me," Lakeridge of Eugene offers several compelling features for RV travelers. The availability of "lots of rv parking" suggests that they can accommodate recreational vehicles of various sizes. The well-maintained common areas, including sidewalks and potentially restroom and laundry facilities (though not explicitly mentioned, these are common in RV parks), contribute to a comfortable stay. The unique private access to the lake for non-motor boating and fishing sets Lakeridge apart from many other RV parks in the region, offering a significant recreational advantage.
