If I live here, how bad can it be ? Lots of things to do. I live in the marina section, right on Lake Griffin. Currently, it probably has the cheapest lot rent, in this area. There are currently about 8 openings in the marina for RVs up to about 32'. You can stay a few weeks or years if you like. The main park has about 280 homes I believe. Currently there are about a dozen for sale. Some right on the lake. But there is very reasonable storage for your boat and trailer. There is also a boat ramp to launch your boat, and it's never crowded. There's always lots to do in the park if you're an active senior. And within a mile or two, there are lots of restaurants to eat in and convenient shopping just about a mile away. It's a very well maintained park, including the pool, spa, library, and several pool tables. If you stop here first, you probably won't need to go anywhere second. - Peter Smirti
