Nov 18, 2022 · Nichole BrownLived here 25 years. Great neighbors. Good place to live. We own our property and are hooked directly to city water, sewer and garbage. Subdivision streets are city streets. There are 53 private property owners in this sub division. Plus all the stick built homes in here are property owners.
Feb 26, 2016 · Robert J. TomlinsonFairly quiet community, kept up and clean. Aside from the limited hot water I understand don't last long enough to fill the tub or get a complete shower in unit 99 where as my son has resided for just over a month now.
