Hollins Mobile Home Park Introduce
For our users in Singapore exploring potential long-term accommodation options in the United States through the 'RV Parks Near Me' platform, we present an overview of Hollins Mobile Home Park, located at 117 Creekside Cir, Roanoke, Virginia, USA. While primarily a mobile home park and not strictly an RV park for temporary stays, it appears within the 'RV Parks Near Me' category, suggesting it might offer some long-term residency options that could be relevant for individuals considering relocation or extended stays in the Roanoke area. This introduction aims to provide an objective assessment of the park based on the limited user reviews available, highlighting both potential drawbacks and any implied aspects of the community.
Based on the limited user reviews, the environment of Hollins Mobile Home Park appears to be a subject of concern for some residents. One reviewer explicitly states that the park is "run down, not kept up very well," and mentions "a lot of trash strown about." This suggests a potential lack of consistent maintenance and upkeep of the common areas within the park. The same reviewer also notes that the park is "in need of repairs, updates, landscaping and major clean up," further emphasizing the perceived state of disrepair and neglect. Additionally, the comment "very crowded" indicates a potentially high density of mobile homes within the park, which could impact the overall sense of space and privacy for residents. While the address indicates a location on Creekside Circle, suggesting proximity to a creek, the reviews do not elaborate on the natural beauty or environmental amenities of the area. The focus of the feedback is predominantly on the perceived negative aspects of the park's physical condition. Therefore, potential residents should be aware of these concerns and may want to seek further information or even visit the location to assess the environment firsthand.
The services offered at Hollins Mobile Home Park are not explicitly detailed in the provided user reviews. However, as a mobile home park, it can be inferred that certain basic services would likely be available. These typically include connections for utilities such as water, sewer, and electricity at each mobile home lot. Waste disposal services would also be a necessity. The review mentioning a resident living there for 15 years implies that long-term residency with these basic utility connections is a standard offering. However, the negative experiences shared in the reviews raise questions about the reliability and management of these services. The lack of mention of amenities often found in more well-maintained mobile home parks or RV parks, such as laundry facilities, communal recreation areas, or on-site management offices with responsive service, might be indicative of their absence or inadequacy. One review alludes to interactions with "the people who run it" and mentions fines and legal action, suggesting an on-site management presence, but the nature of their service appears to be a point of contention. Potential residents would need to inquire specifically about the range and quality of services provided, including maintenance, security, and any community amenities available.
The features of Hollins Mobile Home Park, as perceived from the user reviews, are largely negative. The description of the park as "run down," "not kept up very well," and "very crowded" does not suggest positive community features. The mention of "trash strown about" indicates a potential lack of cleanliness, which would detract from the overall appeal of the park. The experience shared by one reviewer regarding fines, court action, and a generally negative interaction with management raises concerns about the community atmosphere and the fairness of park rules and enforcement. While the reviewer mentions helping neighbors, suggesting some level of positive neighborly interaction, this is overshadowed by their strong recommendation against moving there. The lack of any positive features mentioned in the reviews, such as well-maintained common areas, recreational facilities, or community events, implies that these might be absent or not significant enough to warrant positive feedback. The primary takeaway from the reviews is a sense of dissatisfaction with the park's physical condition and management practices. Potential residents should carefully consider these negative perspectives when evaluating Hollins Mobile Home Park as a long-term living option.
Regarding promotional information, the provided user reviews do not contain any details about discounts, special offers, or rental rates at Hollins Mobile Home Park. Typically, such information would be advertised through property management websites, rental listings, or by contacting the park directly. The absence of any positive comments in the reviews might suggest that the park does not actively promote itself based on attractive features or pricing. The negative experiences shared could, in fact, deter potential residents. To obtain any information about rental costs, lease terms, or potential promotions (if any exist), interested parties would need to contact the park management directly using the provided phone numbers, (877) 875-2391 or +1 877-875-2391. However, given the strong negative feedback in the reviews, it would be prudent to proceed with significant caution and seek comprehensive information and potentially a visit to the property before making any decisions. 'RV Parks Near Me' aims to provide a platform for information, and these user reviews serve as important, albeit critical, insights into the potential living experience at Hollins Mobile Home Park.
In conclusion, the available user reviews for Hollins Mobile Home Park in Roanoke, Virginia, paint a concerning picture of a park that is perceived as "run down," poorly maintained, and overcrowded. The reviews also raise serious questions about the management practices and community environment. While the park might offer basic utility connections expected in a mobile home park, the negative feedback regarding its physical condition and management should be a significant consideration for anyone exploring long-term residency options through 'RV Parks Near Me'. The absence of any positive features or promotional information in the reviews further underscores the need for thorough due diligence and potentially seeking alternative accommodation options in the Roanoke area. It is strongly recommended that potential residents contact the park management directly for detailed information, and ideally, visit the property to assess its condition and environment firsthand, keeping the existing negative feedback firmly in mind.

Mar 04, 2024 · Glenda WheelerSure the trailers here are old, the trash area is a breeding ground for disease, and the speed bumps are a headache but I think its just fine by me. A good place to live if you just don't really give AF, like me.
Jul 26, 2021 · Michael WestSeemed to have nice road in and out, trailers are kinda spaced too close, but the worse part was the dumpsters trash was all over the area and huge vulchers in them and the people who live right beside the dumpsters are bound to have trouble with rats cats roaches etc plus they need to put a privacy fence around it, if I lived right beside the dumpsters I'd raise hell, I mean the dumpsters we're almost at thier back door and you know the smell would be bad exspecially in the summer.
Dec 17, 2019 · Sarah KellyRun down. Driveway around this place is a joke. You need a 4x4 to get over speed bumps and potholes. They should have put some of that pavement that they put in the speed bumps and filled in a few potholes.
